  • This is how I stay consistent during my breaking or in all different life sections. This is an example with the breaking powermove „Airflare“ :)
    Step 1. find a goal
    Step 2. set a deadline
    Step 3. connect it with an emotion
    Step 4. Write it down
    Step 5. START
    Step 6. Daily habits
    Stap 7. Stop taking advise from wrong persons

    I love your video! Also, as a bboy, can you work out and dance simultaneously? I feel that it is impossible cause your body is going to be tired after dancing.

      Man I feel you. It’s really hard… but I started now to do more bodyweight workouts what’s good for breaking.
