    Long Step and its variation
    1) Basic back step can be used to balance in place, to pass guard or to enter leg entangling positions for lower body attack
    2) Long step to swing the legs out of reach of opponent's guard while maintaining upper body control
    3) Rotational back step to take the back when opponent turns sideway facing you
