This is a gem like VCV Rack for those who like to experiment with sound design. I can't recommend it to people looking for quickly finding patches but if you like to spend time on the synth, don't miss this one.

Amazing tutorial! I was always intimidated by both modular synthesis and wavetable synthesis so I stuck to learning FM, additive, subtractive and granular synthesis. This plugin however makes things easy to understand and it contains many nice effects (love that it has a step sequencer!) It includes wavetable effects, it can run 18 of 50 modules per patch and it has 64 voices of polyphony. On top of that it appears incredibly lightweight. You can make almost any sound with this it seems. I can't wait to try it out. 🙂

THIS IS A FABULOUS PIECE OF SOFTWARE!!!; - I used it at first on my Reason DAW because I only had Intro, - despite having upgraded to FULL, I still see it's usefulness... - hey CAKEWALK is now FREE!!! ...this vst works with THAT also ...and can jam Along Side the REASON RACK PLUGIN...

You will use specific examples to show the capabilities of specific models of synthesizers And you will break the Internet

Okay, so I have a really dumb question - how do I get it to make sound? In all the tutorials I've seen they plug an oscillator into an amplifier and it starts producing a tone. But I only manage to get sounds out of it by playing a note on a midi keyboard or setting up a midi note and having it play on a loop. Is that how it's supposed to work or am I doing something wrong? I'm using Reaper if that matters.

Yes, with this system you basically have to play notes on your mdi keyboard.

Used this for the first time last night and it's surprisingly awesome. Wasn't expecting it to sound that good but all the FB plugins I've tried have been nice so far. Is there anywhere I can download some free presets for it or sounds any of you made available?

No, the creator is updating his plugins on a regular base. So if this one is not updated in 18 months, it probably works fine.
