on the fly fast tutorial how to make and shape a sound with a basic synth. better than any tutorial i ever saw so far^^. oh and nice decision to do it without those useless cables, thats the real killer deal here! kudos
Filter sound at 1:48 is awesome! The sound is deeper than previous synths. Filter stepping is quite noticible, though (which is a problem for juno 106 too, for example)

can anybody explain what the "audio sample & hold" module is doing? i understand the concept of sample & hold in general, but i'm trying to reproduce the effect in Voltage Modular and since there's no "audio sample & hold" module there, i'm wondering if it's even something i can do.
The Audio S&H module samples a given (audio) input signal at an audio frequency rate. This way you can create a "staircase-shaped" waveform out of any input signal. For example try to feed in a noise signal, then plug the output of the Audio S&H module to ModulAir's output and play it via the keyboard. ... well, that's what is happening at 10:05... :-)
