Miss Ash I love dry brushing. It helps with exfoliation and to detoxify our skin by increasing blood circulation to promote lymph flow drainage. Maybe even cellulite lol

I’ve never tried any lotion with acids to smooth out the skin as my legs especially are very sensitive but I think I’ll start one this winter maybe once a week to try. Hi there. Great video. If using a glycolic body lotion or serum would you also use another lotion such as eucerin over it? Since the eucerin contains lactic acid Im not sure that would be too drying

My neck does not seem to be very sensitive but my chest is EXTREMELY sensitive and it’s a constant struggle. If anything is put on my chest that it doesn’t like I will have red itchy breakout. You are so welcome Tammy and thank you!! You could try diluting retinol or AHA lotions with another body moisturizer that is gentle and moisturizing.. I tend to do this a lot as my chest can be a little sensitive at times as well. I will put the tiniest bit of AHA lotion or let's say retinol and mix it with another moisturizer. It works great for me... Worth a try🤗
Although both are moisturizing I would go with the lotion if you have dry skin. If you go with the serum you could always apply a regular body cream (one that you already own) on top to keep the skin more moisturized.
Hi Marie. I just moved to Perth from USA this year and there are much slimmer pickings. However, the AU iHerb offers more choices with cheap shipping. Between that and USA Amazon (can be steep shipping but not always), I’ve been able to get my goodies. Also, The Ordinary is available here which is great. Like the AHA body lotion she showed which I love, I can use The Ordinary Glycolic toner on my body and then cover with regular lotion to get same results. You can do same with their lactic acid.
Yes I have!! I sometimes use the Paula's Choice 1% Retinol Treatment on my chest and I use it in my hand cream but I want to try the retinol body treatment ☺️
Sunscreen should always be worn on an everyday basis no matter what but if you are using active ingredients on your body that are exposed to the sun then yes apply sunscreen...

I have many times and it's fine especially if your skin doesn't react but I have never had an issue..

If we use alpha hydroxy acid on whole body do we have toh put sunscreen all over body too?
