I've been woodworking for over 40 years and don't even feel like I can call myself a woodworker after watching just a few of your videos. I'm so impressed with your jig making and creative thinking.
finally somebody who show the final product at the beginning. I much prefer to see a quick peak at the start to know if I really want to watch the video. Thanks.
This guy was born for woodworking!! Its impossible to work with this level of detail, not even the best furniture brands has this level of perfection! Incredible design and details! Everything is perfect. This is the perfect tribute!
The number of clever jigs you used for each operation is astounding! They take all the time and guesswork away from aligning each piece and end up with a better result!
I was thinking the same thing. I took so many screen shots for future reference in the shop. And kept thinking, "How does he come up with all of these jigs?!?" Amazing problem solving and creativity. Hats off.
Your craftsmanship is an absolute pleasure to watch. It’s never easy losing someone whether it’s a family member, a friend, a mentor and the list goes on. Sorry for your loss.
The number of times I’ve said “oh wow” while watching this has now hit double digits. The angles you’ve accounted for would make my head spin. Amazing work.
I'm not sure what I'm most impressed by.....your amazing work, your incredible shop, or that you found an Empire combination square that seems to actually be square. We need more videos please.....your work is pure art.
I also want to add that this was a wonderful tribute to Mr. Calacoci. I am sure he would highly approve of your passion and dedication to your craft. Again, thank you for sharing.
There is no way of mistaking your work for any other's. There is a comforting predictability in types of wood used in your builds. The mix of simplicity of the object combined with the incredible attention to detail in the joinery and brass highlights is beyond captivating making each piece unique and a true treasure. I am building a box for my grandson that was inspired by one you had shown, but have to admit I feel I've stolen something. Hats off sir
Such an absolute perfect memorial piece to honor your mentor. There is so much Zen in your posts. My condolences on your loss Sir, carry on showing us your mastery.
Perfect. If there is a word that has no meaning, this is it. Also phenomenal can be found here, to describe things that people won't put any effort into. Ironic the work here looks so effortless, but not really. The work is done in the mind, not by the hands. It's just a matter of poling holes and cutting the bits off that don't look like a bookcase. The walnut deserves all the credit, and Mother Nature.
Watching this a second time, I think my favorite part was seeing the bolts pre-placed in the bottom rung when gluing in the base at 18:53 - a critical step I can see myself completely forgetting!! 😅. Well done and beautiful results.
Obviously you are a master craftsman but you are also master in many aspects. The design of your projects is amazing. Your use of jigs to ensure precision. Your freehand work is also very precise. Your videos are very well edited showing enough of the process to represent the entire build without showing repetitive tasks like sawing many of the same pieces. In the modest length of your videos you teach your viewers a lot about how to process wood. Your explanation at the end regarding why you did certain things is valuable information. And then there’s the choice of music, it is great. I love hearing the music you choose. In every aspect you are a master. Your videos entertain, teach and inspire. Thank you so much for sharing with us.
You are definitely one of the true artisans that publishes unique content on UA-cam. Each video reveals a masterpiece that showcases your skill and creativity both in the design and execution of the build. Thanks for sharing this with us around the world! I should also add that I appreciate how well you model safety in the shop too!
Orfeo Calacoci, sembra proprio che si esporti artisticità italiana. Onore al merito perché il discepolo è un grande artigiano. I always love the design and the love you put in your projects. Great to have you within my favorite channels. 🌞🙏🏻
Who on God's earth would have ever thought that a lowly shelf could be elevated to such a regal level? Wherein lies it's beauty? Is it the way you brought out the beautiful grain of that walnut? Is it the unexpected design of all the angles and all the pieces that don't connect that we think should? Is it the space between the shelves and the uprights and the space down the center of each shelf? Is it the airtight joinery with it's precise angles? I don't know. All I can do is ask myself what kind of a man can do this to lowly bookshelf. This is not a display of a piece of furniture, it is a display of the artist that created it. You are truly the Emperor of jigs and fixtures bringing a precision to woodworking normally reserved to a high end machine shop. But there is a layer of resourcefulness and creativity rarely found anywhere. What else can I say? Art from Ohio
I love watching your videos because it is so fun to see how you think. Your designs are next-level and stunning. You are truly an artist. Thanks for putting your work out on UA-cam so we can be inspired to create. So sorry for the loss of your mentor.
Such a gorgeous piece. As a very amateur woodworker who had made some mediocre pieces of furniture, some cabinetry, etc, my thought has for a long time been, "I want to make something beautiful." I still haven't accomplished that yet, in my opinion, but you excel at it, Sir. Your work is something to aspire to.
Well thought out, exceptional craftsmanship consistent clean well done. I appreciate the shop being tidy and clear of clutter. Your comments throughout the process would have been valuable. Nod
I’m sorry but this is not woodworking. This is artistry. I can’t imagine the time taken to design, think out the building assembly , the jigs needed, the patience required. Beyond amazing. Please keep sharing. I really want to learn your art.
I'm so glad I found your channel. I love your dedication to shooting sequences instead of an endless series of jump cuts with a whoosh sound effect. Crossing the line at :55 was jarring, but otherwise the editing is transparent. Love the sliding timelapse!
Hello Mr. Pedulla! I've seen all of your videos so far. I have rarely seen such beautiful furniture as they build. Incredible. You can see that you put all the pieces together very carefully to create a work of art. Thanks for the very exciting videos. Stay healthy and best wishes from Germany
I think the thing that most impresses me about your working processes /methodology is the precission and practical elegance your jigs and templates have; you to them to a whole new level and it is reflected in your finished work
A stunning piece of craftsmanship. The beauty of the wood shines through and is enhanced by your skilful design. A fitting tribute to your Nonno, Nicholas. Love and blessings, Ruthxx
Such a phenomenal piece. The design is outstanding and the use of the hardware, to me, is practical and not overkill. Great use of jigs and template set ups too, as I always appreciate to see how others think through little challenges like those. Great work bud!!!
Stunning design and craftsmanship. The jigs reminds aspiring woodworkers to make use of them for repeatable precision and accuracy. Well done and lessons well learned undoubtedly from a master.
The precision and care you give each piece is incredible. It's a work of art and unfortunately I would never insult this piece by putting a book on it. I really enjoy watching you enjoy your passion for woodworking at such a perfect level of beauty. Thank you for sharing.
Every time a new video of yours comes out I find myself watching it and watching it over and over again. At a first glance many things are unclear and many details escape. Then, with each subsequent vision, the details emerge and the processes become clearer, sometimes they are illuminating like epiphanies. There is so much mastery in your work and so much to learn from your videos. You are very inspiring, thank you for your sharing
Such a piece of art, not only the bookcase itself but the whole pack (work, craftsmanship, video, music, everything...). I'd name this piece as GAP due to the lovely intentional gaps between the elements and due to the tribute it represents to Orfeo Calacoci, it's a gap between this life and the place of peace where we'll remeet the loved ones.
This is the most cleanest, organized, and neatest wood craft workshop that I've ever seen before on UA-cam channel. It's obvious that he's a perfectionist with a superior talent level. So meticulous from start to finish. I just subscribed to this channel.
Le tue realizzazioni, la cura dei particolari, la tua precisione ed il "buon gusto" del tuo design sono, per me, un punto di riferimento! Questa è "poesia" nella lavorazione del legno.
Another beautiful piece. With all the different makers on UA-cam jockeying for viewers, here you are with no music or voiceover just showing off mad skills. I love it! Condolences on losing your mentor.
Absolutely outstanding work! It was indeed a joy to spend my coffee break watching your video. Your videos are undoubtedly a haven for woodworking enthusiasts and casual viewers alike. Keep crafting, keep inspiring. Looking forward to more masterpieces during my future coffee breaks! 😉
Mi padre también me dejó la ebanistería como la mejor herencia de vida. Aunque aún no la ejerzo aún por falta de maquinaria, no lo pienso defraudar. Excelente tu trabajo. ✌
As a full time woodworker, I can not congratulate you enough for this amazing piece of art you have created. You are such an inspiration! Thank you so much for sharing your work. I'm looking forward to the next project :)
It is amazing what you are doing with wood. Thank you for sharing your experience and your style of jig-making. I'm sorry for your loss, I guess it was you grandfather.
Oh my god ! I believe this is the best looking and best made piece of furniture the internet has seen in years :o great work 👏 you are a very talented craftsman
I've been woodworking for over 40 years and don't even feel like I can call myself a woodworker after watching just a few of your videos. I'm so impressed with your jig making and creative thinking.
Thanks for you’ll be humble and recognize your self❤
Not to mention the videos just keep u locked in kudos man!!!
My condolences on the loss of your grandfather. You honor him with the beautiful pieces you create.
finally somebody who show the final product at the beginning. I much prefer to see a quick peak at the start to know if I really want to watch the video. Thanks.
Thanks for watching
This guy was born for woodworking!! Its impossible to work with this level of detail, not even the best furniture brands has this level of perfection! Incredible design and details! Everything is perfect. This is the perfect tribute!
Actually, it's not impossible, as Mr Pedulla achieves it.
Completely agree
The number of clever jigs you used for each operation is astounding! They take all the time and guesswork away from aligning each piece and end up with a better result!
cheers!
I was thinking the same thing. I took so many screen shots for future reference in the shop. And kept thinking, "How does he come up with all of these jigs?!?" Amazing problem solving and creativity. Hats off.
My goodness, the level of craftsmanship and mastery is out of this world
Your craftsmanship is an absolute pleasure to watch. It’s never easy losing someone whether it’s a family member, a friend, a mentor and the list goes on. Sorry for your loss.
Thanks so much

That has got to be the most beautiful bookcases I have ever seen. Absolutely amazing workmanship. My mind is blown! 🤯

The level of detail in these builds is insane. I wish I could do that in my own line of work.
Watching this a second time, I think my favorite part was seeing the bolts pre-placed in the bottom rung when gluing in the base at 18:53 - a critical step I can see myself completely forgetting!! 😅. Well done and beautiful results.
The amount of time and thought going into those jigs is as impressive as the final piece! 👏👏👏
What a beautiful tribute to an inspirational teacher whose knowledge and amazing skill lives on in your work
I don't have words for the beauty of this bookcase. But also for the cleanliness of work
Thanks so much
This is art!
It looks like you are treating the wood with so much respect.
Thank you very much!
