    I have chronic fatigue which no doctors could understand, after 4 years I fully understand that stress and trauma, over exertion from being a gardener, covid, hypermobility, adrenal burnout, tension in my lungs from a chronic cough and other things all combined are the cause of poor oxygen flow and inflammation causing fatigue. I've been doing your trainings for 6 months as well as qi qong, a slower lifestyle and various therapies, and it has massively improved my health.
    I feel more stability and lighter in my muscles, i feel stronger, less inflamed and in less pain, my nervous system feels more regulated, I breathe more relaxed and deeper, and i feel like my body is my friend again!
    Thankyou for this programme! it is a revolution!

    Thank you so much. Such a beautiful practice so intelligent, gentle and powerful. I felt down few days ago, a physioterapist help me yesterday and this practice arrive at an amazing time. Il fell my pelvis and lower back fresh, opening and Lively. 🙏💖🌟
