  • How would it be if the fascia in your legs and back felt (more) supple? If an inner power lifted your spine and vitalised the organs? Seems too good to be true? It's not!
    At the beginning of this 34-minute Slings practice, we roll and spiral the spine creating vital space for the organs. If the lungs, heart, liver, and gut could give a sigh of relief, they would.
    With a new kind of fluid-flow in the tissue, we then curl and arch the spine in wave-like motions. This strengthens the abdominal, back, and shoulder muscles; vitalises the already happy organs; and contributes to postural balance.
