My ankle got twisted on 17th of March, immediately i consulted to a doctor who prescribed some medicine and asked me to rest for 7 days. Now there is a very little pain and almost no swelling in my ankle. It is in rehabilitation process and doing well.
Actually I am preparing for defence jobs, I have a running on middle of the next month. How can I fix this with minimum time so that I can practice for the run. Help please.

Hi ,doctor . Mera ek Saal pehle ankle injury hua , two sides se grade 2 bhi h 1 bhi hai. Doctor Mr physiotherapy he kaha .. but beech me kabhi kabhi physiotherapy nhi kar payi. Mujhe abhi thoda Jada walk karne me ankle mein swelling amd leg ke alag alag muscles me pain hota h. Main walk to karti hu , but Jada chalne se tired , pain hota h. Eve mein to approximately Har din tired n pain sa lagta h. Abhi ek year ho gya h .. kya solution h kuch samjh nhi ata

I have injured my foot in gym actually I was doing stretching of my legs I pull my foot inward manually to get full range of stretch .I did it in inward direction [inversion direction]. It seems I had inversion sprain of ankle I heard the voice of tearing ligaments when I stretched it like tearing of cloth while stretching .it's about 3 weeks I still have pain I give it proper rest I can go upstairs and downstairs can walk but can't walk like a normal man I feel pain while walking I am afraid it's just ankle sprain or fracture because I didn't go to hospital didn't catch x-ray yet .can you please tell me how long it will be take to normal and is it fracture or sprained

“Mild joint effusion is noted in tibiotalar and talocalcaneal joints tracking superiorily along the tendon of flexor hallucis.
Visible parts of talus and calcanium show normal signal intensity
Navicular, cuboid,cuneiform and metatarsal bones also appear normal
Small 5mm round hypointense area representing bone Iseland is seen in lower tibia
Conclusion: minimal joint effusion”
Doc said it will recover with time, but it’s not recovery, pain killers aren’t working too on this pain. And I don’t remember what caused the pain initially. I just started feeling it suddenly one day. Please reply..

@@shubhamsemwal7658 not a permanent solution but i do an exercise ( i watched on youtube )to reduce the developed scar tissue that causes pain and swelling.... ofcourse it reduces swelling and pain but is not a permanent solution, my appointment with the doctor was delayed because of pandemic , i am trying to consult him again .Hope so i will find a permanent solution , i am highly frustrated with this condition and can you please share your experience ? Are you suffering because of sprain or anything else ?
@@JANVI_743 I used to play football a lot and got the same ankle injured twice. earlier it got fine within 1-2 weeks but this time it's more than 6-8 months it's still swelled and whenever I try to play again it's starts paining and again starts swelling and my both ankles look different when I stand and I can feel something soft and pulpy on that ligament area .
