रोटेटर कफ की चोट। इसमें कंघों में एक तरह का भयानक दर्द होता है। इस बीमारी में कंघों को घुमाने के साथ-साथ मोड़ने के साथ सूजन की समस्या हो जाती है. कफ मांसपेशियों और टेंडन्स का ऐसा समूह है, कंधों के जोड़ों के पास होता है और हमारे हाथों को मोड़ने-घुमाने में मदद करता है। रोटेटर कफ की मोटाई मात्र 5 मिलीमीटर होती है इसलिए कई बार गिरने-फिसलने या टक्कर जैसी मामूली घटनाओं से भी रोटेटर कफ में दर्द की समस्या हो जाती है।

Sir I was suffering with same problem my three muscles had come out of the rotator cuff which was found out after taking MRI....i had fallen two to three times on left side of my hand and I got injured severely....anyhow got keyhole sugery done from a reputed shoulder specialist doctor and now feeling better...physiotherapy is also going on nowadays.

सर आपने बहोत बहोत अच्छी जानकारी दी है। सर मुझे खंदे की बिलकुल ऐसी ही तकलीफ है। मैं मेडिसीन और फीजोथेरपी ले रहीं हूं। परंतु नाॅर्मल काम करने पर फीरसे तकलीफ शुरू हो जाती है।. और हमारे डॉक्टर बोलते हैं की एमआरआई की जरूरत नहीं है। लेकिन दर्द तो हो रहा है। अब तक चार डाॅक्टर बदले कोई फरक नहीं पडा। तो अब क्या करना होगा। एक्स रे में बोलते है सिर्फ झिज हो गयी है हड्डियों की बस।
किंतु तकलीफ तो वैसे की वैसे है।
रात में सो नहीं सकती हूँ। बहोत दर्द होता है। फीर बर्फ लगाती हूं।
खंदे पर जलन होती है। बाजू में पेन है।
पूरा हात, नेक और पीठ भी पेन कर रहीं हैं। उपाय बताइए गा प्लीज.
