Love the channel Louie. Thanks for all the great content. I can't imagine how great it could be if you lived where it actually snowed haha keep up the great work buddy!
After watching this video I also went to price out a set of shocks just for fun. I was shocked to see this company was Canadian which got me to think finally a manufacture of good products in Canada, maybe we wont get hammered on exchange. However it appears they stick it to Canadians the same as any other company, they sell cheaper to the US even though they are in Canada, especially with the dollar what it is. That doesn't really see fair to the Canadian market, however I am sure there is a valid reason.
Erin Sesak just ordered a set of stage 3's for my renegade, was pleasantly surprised I got all 4 to my door under $1700 CAN. The upgraded XXC Fox podiums for my quad are $2200 + tax and from every place I can possibly research the Elkas stage 3 are supposed to be a significant upgrade to those XXC Fox Podiums so I can't complain. That doesn't answer your question I guess but I suppose it could be as simple as a discount for whoever buys more, most likely being the US?
At first I thought cool, I'd love to have that adjustment, then I saw the $2k price tag on there website. How about something the average family guy can afford to improve his sled? We can't all get them to send us free stuff.
+Lawnfarmer Nothings free. If you are looking to improve ride on a budget then used is a great way to do it, check out the forums classified sections for great deals. But there really isnt a "cheap" option for new shocks...they just cost to much to make.
