2010 HHR Heater control fan not working? Take apart and clean process.

Just my two cents on doing a certain task. Do at your own risk! I am not on this daily, so it may be a month or two before I respond! I just do this for fun and sharing what I have come across working on cars!
2010 HHR heater control not working on all speeds? Did you replace the resistor, motor and still the fan speeds are not working? Try cleaning the board and magnets. This is a disassembly video and who knows, cleaning it may fix it! If you have taken apart the window switches, this is basically a process of cleaning the same items. If it works, you just saved yourself some money, if not, its the only thing left in this process of getting your fan speeds to work properly. T10 torx bit is needed and 2 small flat screwdrivers. Make sure on reassembly that the torx screws are tightened gently or you will strip out the threads! Sorry for video quality, I have no stand to put the phone on.
