It would be really innovative in the long run if there is content we won't see/have seen until each node has been maxxed out. The cool thing is, this way there will always be "new" content on a server which can be unlocked by the player population on that server, which in turn reduces the pressure on Intrepid to have to constantly add new content. If that is the intent, I'd say that is pretty darn smart. Thanks for the very instructive video, nicely done.
@@malismo yeah it would give an insane amount of depth because a metropolis takes some amount of months to advance and sieges to destroy nodes take some time as well. So it would be like years and years of content for an individual server to unlock, but makes each server have their own unique story which is what Intrepid’s goal is I believe :)
There can only be a total of 5 Metropolis on each server. If one of these Metropolis is in the Underworld, then there will only be 4 Metropolis in the over world.
I like to think that there is content that is only accesable from leveling a node to the max level. If we think about it we have the ability to level all nodes to max level. With 5 to top level at a time. If a server is smart and work well together you could progressivly move max llevel nodes over time to unlock and experience all content by being selective of the nodes you wish to level and move...this would mean a server wide apprach to the game that will prob never happen but it is possible........Or a solution to this could be that each month a different section of content is unlock and relocked in a node area...this means we gain access to most to all content over time while still limiting access at any given time.....Or a 3rd option could be that the main content is like a wow raid where as secondary is mythic level 3rd level heroic and 4th level normal dougen. this would give incentives to move max level nodes but also keep contect accessable even if at a reduced level....just some quick thoughts of mine.
Yea I think each individual node having some sort of content locked behind being a metropolis would be really cool and would make every server have a unique story (until all nodes eventually level to metropolises at one point). But, I think more realistically metropolis level content is probably region locked. So if there’s 6 riverland nodes then any one of those 6 nodes will unlock the same content for the entirety of the river lands… only time will tell
So thinking about the theory i dont think intrepid would waste time and effort on something that wont be used. I think certain content is locked behind node types not the specific node
@@DoubleDrastik The idea I had was that they want every server to have a unique story different from others. Which is why it crossed my mind that it could be a possibility and it would give new content to explore after destruction and construction of different nodes for a few years. But that sounds like a lot of work for little benefit. So I agree Node type or regionally locked node content would make more sense :)

I really liked the video and information. Nice Job. I will be looking forward to your next upload.
Thank you :) Not sure what I’ll do next but my plan is to make a video every 1-2 weeks!
Great vid! Nicely done! Got a sub from me!
Fantastic second video! Great improvements! Keep up the awesome content! Massive freaking dong!

Do you know how the incentives work to prevent everyone from running to the biggest nodes?
The cost of citizenship is higher the more citizens there are.
I expect a lot of players to want to be citizens of some of the vassals.
Someone should show sodapoppin this video XD

I'm a node.
I think we’re all nodes
I think I will avoid scientific nodes (streamers band wagon)
@@ruirodrigues2938 Military nodes probably too for those PvP streamers lol
