You're not alone! All the positive energy you have been sending out to help others will come back to you. This type of loss is definitely heartbreaking, give yourself some time to heal. Everything will be alright. My grandparents passed away some years ago, I still miss them, but I'm not hurting anymore. I will always carry them with me in my soul, actions, and memories. I'm sure it will eventually be the same for you. Lots of love! P.S: When you feel a little better, I'd recommend you watch the movie "The Fountain", it actually helped me with my own anxiety about death.

Ash, please take care.. please try to be at peace for the physical distance with your family due to the pandemic, you are already providing great strength to your family and also to this world through this channel. Although death is inevitable for any living being, I am sure some are very unfair & unfortunately it seems to be an attribute of this world.. Its hard to accept it, maybe it takes a lifetime or its never sufficient, but we have to keep going.. I know you will emerge with greater endurance, I am wishing that for you and for everybody in this world dealing with their own battles.. Everyday, I am trying to make my Dad and my Uncle a part of my life by thinking that whatever I eat (especially if its their favorite food), whenever I am happy.. it should reach them, it should help them in some way in whatever form they are in.. I lost my Dad recently for an unexpected heart failure and my Uncle for cancer, both within the last 2 years. I am very close to them (my Dad is my everything), both were in their 50s & had a very good future as my cousin and myself have almost settled in our careers, but they didn't get to enjoy their fruits & we lost the opportunity to keep them comfortable for the rest of their lives. Nothing can alleviate this pain, but we are trying to continue their legacies... I am very grateful to have supporting people in my family, a couple of friends and people like you & the community here on UA-cam or elsewhere on the internet that help me to keep moving forward..
