    Just found your demo of cooking thighs with five spice seasoning etc. 🤔 My question. I am not sure if you have removed the thigh bone?

    May I ask do u have to turn over the bottom side of the chicken n roast too ?

      I didn't do that. Just skin side up so that the skin is crispy.
