I have had mine for 8 years and as mentioned in the video use Alfaworks. Get and remap and maybe a bigger turbo then the car goes really well!! The car is not a daily but if you pack well with hooks on the back seat for suit / clothes holder then a European trip is not out of the question. We have been to Italy and Croatia in the car and the attention it gets is always positive.
Tires , alignment & blocks, GMS rear control arms, ecu & tcu tune , high flow cat, and down pipe, intercooler, and enjoy the most unique and raw road car any manufacturer had the balls to sell . 🍀
You are absolutely right. I can add engine support from power flex or GMS. Don’t miss the 20000 km bolt tightening…..seems something unusual but….it is absolutely needed. Seems incredible but mine had many of the bolts loosen and you can feel the difference before and after….
Ahh…. In track this car is a beast. That is her nature. There SHE will give you all the fantastic emotions you need from a car ! And you can skip on for all the downside you have driving this car on normal road……
Thank you this is some great advice! So far I’ve just had the blocks and alignment and feels at home on track - albeit I can see there is plenty of room for improvement- time for some of your suggested mods
@@FIN4LBO55 it’s not as raw as Elise, but it has nothing to do with the automatic transmission or the turbo engine. And I wouldn’t even call this an automatic. I call it an automated manual. It shifts fast like a rifle bolt chirping the tires on the up shifts. And the turbo engine is just, very vocal and full of torque
Thanks for the suggestions! The steering blocks have been installed - I’ve got the fast road set up and it feels good! PS4s are top of the list when I change. Followed closely by cup2s. Think a remap when it’s next in for a service at the Alfa workshop too!
Had a 4C for a short while before getting a 981 Boxster GTS. I’d say very little comes close to replicating the barebones analog feel of the 4C. The GTS is however (to me at least) bit more comfy and that flat 6 sounds divine.
Mine already had the Alfaworks spacers on, but have had the stage 1 remap, K&N air filter and swapped over to Michelins (plus wheel alignment redone)….it’s a car I still look back at every time I park her up so can’t see me swapping any time soon
@@NaturallyAspirated Michelin pilot sport cup 2…they car had the original Pirelli tyres on and in honesty I think the rubber had gone hard (plenty of tread but struggled with traction in anything other than perfectly dry conditions) I got talked into changing them and I’m so glad I did, I’d go as far to say they are confidence inspiring over the originals
@@NaturallyAspirated they can still let go when under hard acceleration but I’d say pretty good….but the car is a bit of a garage queen when the weather turns snotty (am I allowed to admit that?)
I have the alignment blocks, but not installed - actually like a bit of tramlining. Adds to the character of the 4C, don't want to lose agility over stability. For same reason i did not go for Michelin, just had new set of Pirelli's at the rear and my next set all round will probably also not be Michelin. I have the GMS uniball rear arms, BMC air filter and remap which makes it run 300pk. Driven 15k km over past 1,5yrs since it is in my ownership including some European road trips and Love it! Only negative is the drone at 120 km/u (in 6) and the sometimes (eg in villages) inappropriate loud exhaust. But it does receive a lot of thumbs up, also in Germany!
Thanks for the comment! What are your thoughts on the uniball rear arms? A remap sounds like a no brainer too! Interesting you’re sticking with Pirelli - keeping it Italian!!
@@NaturallyAspirated hardly driven with the standard rear arms actually... On advise I quite quickly after receipt of the car had them replaced by the uni balls. There is a lot of bashing to the Pirelli's but in the end these are the tyres the car is engineered on, and i can't say they're rubbish. Maybe a lot of people just repeat other voices? And obviously, when replacing old worn tyres with new ones, the new ones are better
Awesome vid …no one should own this as a daily driver. I absolutely love my 4C. Most fun on a weekend drive ever. Would never want to drive it into the office. I really love your review. Thanks for posting. Cheers
I Remember Looking at these maybe 4/5 years ago, Think they were around 65k with some carbon bits and some were over 70k at the time in a yellow Colour. Are they holding value well??

@@NaturallyAspirated Goodyear Asymmetric 6. They aren't so outright grippy, but are very progressive. As a motorcyclist that's important to me. Plus they are head and shoulders better in the wet. I have nearly span 3 times on wet roads. Once in France, where I was total passenger heading for the big ditch on an "N" road. Luckily the lip curb saved me.
I have to agree about the p zeros being useless in the wet after a very rainy track day.! I find in the dry they are quite grippy when warm and the road is smooth enough. I think I’ll go Michelin when it’s time to replace. How do you find the coilovers?
@@NaturallyAspirated The coil overs are very good. But I always thought the standard suspension was quite competent. I am not a track day person. The never ending search for grip can be counter productive.
Use mine daily. Works just fine. Most of my drive is on a 40milw stretch of highway . Before that the daily was a lotus evora . It was a bit more comfortable.before that, a Miata as a daily. All of these i took from ny to Texas and back on several trips. Evora had the most comfortable seats

In order of best value (my opinion) Honda S2000 CR, Toyota GR Supra, Audi TT RS, C8 Corvette, Nissan GTR, Audi R8 V8, Ferrari 360?

Try to check prices on autos out and you’ll see……. In Italy under 70 k€ there is nothing……
They’re holding value well here in the UK! Maybe 20% higher than their lowest value a few years ago. Starting at £40k here!
Price is growing up! In Europe average price is not less than 80!k Euro
