Can I tell all you youngster's out there about time & effort ..The hour's spent standing bent over while swinging a long board blocking down your project dream car the care & effort that actually get's put into making your end result ready for paint ..and after all that time effort & cash ..Would anyone ever even suggest a Flat black Or Trendy Satin black finish does that even qualify as a paint job ..So out of all the endless color Combos all you could muster was Satin black ? WOW Bro really ? There was a time in the Motorhead car guy past when that would be considered Primer and NOT finished yet ...In fact until you pulled your car out of the booth and then spent the next 2 day's color sanding & polishing came the time & effort to get it all back together again the chrome trim the light's the grill the interior ...We wouldn't even allow anyone to even lean against the car because the Levi's buttons sometime's left scratches .. So While I love his dedication to engineering the whole power train & drive line the car could look so so much better ...I mean who own's an all steel 69 who doesn't love taking it out on the street or to local show's .. I'm heart broken each local car show I go to and see so so many Trendy satin black car's ..even Rat rods ..and Guy's the patina thing is officially SPENT... As of my last car show ...
That's why my super radical days are over. Sick of breaking parts and always fixing fcking valvetrain. I still have radical engine, but nothing excessive anymore.
@@justin_parks ,Wow,Never been inside an LS,but tore down many a small block Chevy.I cant picture a pushrod design that would not allow traditional lifter extraction.Would be interesting to get some hands on with these engines.
@@johnrunion7258 the design of the heads leaves no room to remove them. But the heads come off so easy it's a non issue on trucks. Fbody and corvette can be a pain tho lol
Hydraulic roller cam eating lifters. You got some serious issues. Hydraulic rollers should be maintenance free, otherwise just go solid roller. I keep hearing more and more Hydraulic roller cam failure.
Sinister old school look, tons of power and dialed the hell in, Perfect Camaro it is. Thanks for the awesome video Big K.

This guy gave us a great interview, so Thanks!
Thanks for the video man. I love these old school Camaros built like a beast. The owner is also a cool cat.

The 67 a2d camaro is cool 2
“Needs more power”
🤯🤷🏻♂️
Cool dude
Fucking BADASS!
Is this on e85 or race gas
Are those Harley davidson headlights !?
You need Isky bushed lifters. Best you can buy.
How do you fit an ls3 intake on a 427?
In before the moat Hopple fans come in.
What's a moat hopple fan ????
What turbos does he run?
Are you related to Biff from back to the future? Your a lot nicer
Only thing I would do different is add some paint!
Fast looking cars go slow paint weights too much
@@rustedratchetgarage6788 very true!
Entire motor needs a rebuild.
Bv

Good luck hooking at a red light. Hope you run e85 cause that thing will inhale pricey race gas
Going to the bathroom at 3am... old folks problems, eh?
That engine turbo set up an easy $100k
Perfect Camaro is RWD
AWD is cool but I think it’s better in a big body Chevy
Camaro is light enough to make do with RWD just my two cents fight me
So can you pull lsx lifters without pulling heads?
Yes you can with most lifters. I know there's a set of comp cams that won't fit out the windows. YRMV.
@@justin_parks Typical pushrod design.Pull valve covers, rockers and pushrods, sometimes face wipe requires an extractor to pull them.
@@johnrunion7258 yeah but a stock ls engine you must pull the heads.

That is in no way a street machine it would blow the tires off every time u touched the throttle
Please leave those goofy side pipes off,car is perfect without that foolishness
Very sloppy
