Amen, Sister! Obedience comes AFTER believing in Jesus' blood shed for us. I've seen a hundred "how to read the bible" videos and read at least as many blog posts and articles on the same. This is the FIRST time anyone has used scripture to talk about the change, the only lasting change, comes from the Holy Spirit moving and changing us from the inside. New Year's Resolutions always fail, because they are made in the flesh. The Holy Spirit is the only one who can give us true growth, true sanctification. God Bless you in 2020!

I have just been to church tonight and our pastor said something very amazing, we must not have any new years resolutions, instead read the Bible, four times a week and you will be blessed 80%. That is to put in just twenty percent and God will bless you 80%. Its a challenge. And it's called 20/80%. Try it and you will see a major difference in your life. I'm starting right now. If you want you can read the Bible much more than just four times a week, but if you struggle begin by four times and you will see a difference

Happy new year its already 2020 here in Australia and I am off to bed but I'll come back later today to watch it. 2019 we almost lost my son to a terrible car accident and the year was spent helping him recover. In 2020 I want to dig back into Gods word so I'll be watching this one.

My resolution is to take it to God daily. I tend to try and do everything on my own, I dont like letting go. So this year I am doing a prayer binder and doing more 1 on 1 time with God. Replacing negative thoughts with Gods word.

hi everyone..just wanna share a testimony. I got 94 percent in board xams by God's grace...I was very poor in studies..praise you Jesus.I watched a programme called abhishekagni which teaches God's word..and praises him...which lead me to the love of god
2019 was the year Jesus called me back to Him. I am praying that 2020 I can surrender all parts of my life to Him. That His will be done and not my own. Thank you for this inspiring encouragement.

I am here to update on my New Years Resolution..
This January completely changed my life for the better. I got back into church, I have been searching for a church home because I felt disconnected from the congregation and the pastor at a previous church. And this actually discouraged me from going. My now friend invited my friend Kellie who then invited me to go to this new church in our area, and it is everything to me now. I found a church family whom I enjoy being around, we have Bible study Every Thursday and I look forward to going to it, I also look forward to going to church now. I found a pastor and small group whom I can go to in confidence. I’ve been reading the Bible more than ever before and life is good right now.
Mine is to find god and get saved by him 😊

Kenzie Smith I will be praying for you. I just went through this last year. God will make it clear to you what you need to do and how to do it. Trust the process, God is not going to leave you to figure it out on your own. Remember that you are loved and He will not let you fall.

Thank you so much for this. You are so correct about God needing to draw you into his Word. I have struggled for a long time and many times focused too much on my own ability to focus on the Word. I have began to pray about being drawn closer to God and his Word. I am now experiencing the desire and feeling the excitement that comes with the Word. I still have a ways to go but am very motivated and will continue to pray. I loved this entire passage so much and appreciate the way you showed us how to break it down. God has given you a talent to convey this in an understandable way and it is blessing many lives.

I love reading the Word. I'm 17 but I face a little problem because I read it in my phone and since eyesight is really bad it sometimes is a little uncomfortable. I tried to buy a Bible online but it's too expensive or some are not available for my country. And since I'm the only Christian in my family, I gotta figure out on my own.
So now I've decided to save money and then finally buy the Bible maybe after.... 3 or 4 months.

Love this study! Just one thing I’d add is that God has already done it. Through Jesus he has already fulfilled the law and answered the psalmist’s prayer. We have to transform our minds in order to walk on that truth. We have claim to everything this psalm asks for, thanks be to Jesus. I pray that truth is manifested into the physical for all who dive into this study.
