Amazing, I did have to put my arms down halfway through, so the goal is to do this workout all the way through without dropping my arms. I usually do an arm workout with light weights and can honestly say that this workout was far more challenging, thanks again.
I realljy liked this upper body workout, Rachel. I add it to your 7 Minute Pilates stretch which gets my lower body quite well. I am 83. Thank you from the US.
Just to say I have been following you for a time now. You have no idea how you inspired me to start moving again. I used to be a nurse. It was my passion. I then got diagnosed with oestoarthritis of knees and spine and within months I was using a wheelchair. Your videos have helped me to keep going through this very rough partch in my life. I sincerely thank you for your guidance and encouragement. NHS will not consider a knee replacement as I am too young. I have to say I feel as if I have been dumped and forgotten about. Since your intro video includes a farm scene and animals, I thought I’d share how I incorporated this workout today. We have some older farm animals that we need to isolate from the others when eating, which means about 10 minutes of down time for me after doing all the chores. Instead of sitting down & scrolling social media, I decided to prop my phone on the bales of hay & do these arm exercises! It was nearly perfect timing with the animals routine! Thanks for this quick, productive workout!

I had an injury to my right shoulder. The pain has mostly gone but I lack flexibility and some movement. This workout really helps, thank you. Something similar combining toning and stretching would be a bonus. Thanks again

Do you have an arm workout that involves weights I love this workout I try to alternate between this one and then the legs or the standing for seniors even though I’m not a senior I’m still at that level. I’ve been adding 1 pound weights. I think they’re 1 pound weights to this exercise when I can, but I didn’t know if maybe you had an exercise like this for arms that was with weights.
I am wondering without any weights/bar bells does it really could tone your arms? It would be wonderful if it does. Can anybody share their actual experience? Thanks.
