Did the same job few days ago. New shaft, wheel, brackets, bearings, pulley
Didn’t know you can get the whole assembly put together like that

Use a impact socket and a drill on the puller and it would have been off with two pulls of the trigger, doesn't matter what's on the shaft. Old timer showed me that .
