I already started!! I like it so far. What nice is it's building great. Easy to modify. Not a kit that one just wants to be over with. I'm gonna get a 2nd and do as if germany started using it in NATO colors. It's a fun kit for sure.
Nice review Rick Amusing hobby has some cool kits . I'm sure you gone have no shortages on fun building that monster :) Thanks for sharing bud. Have a nice week and bench time . Stay safe and well my friend :)
No.. all parts fit great. My only issue is it's realy soft styrene. The glue melts it real fast.. abnormally fast. Have to be careful. Other then thst.. super build
I got it from a guy in china.. affordable and quick. Only took 12 days. www.ebay.com/itm/Amusing-Hobby-35A047-1-35-Main-Battle-Tank-KF51-Panther-/374731048384?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p4429486.m46890.l6249&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0
Hi Rick, that looks to be a rezlly nice kit , great to see anti-skit molded in, looking forward to the next installment, my only wish is Tamiya would start to add the anti-:skid to their kits, but such is life, best regards from Australia 👍👍👍👍
They released this kit pretty quickly it seems. Will be for sure getting this one. I have the men and stowage already for it. Do not like those plastic tracks though, because every time I put those models down it sounds like they are going to break. I like the Tamiya tracks, always nice and soft.
I get thar issue over breaking.. it's taken me a while to perfect the gluing so the don't break.. my favorite are how takom does them with it being a styrene track Ling and the end clips are the vinyl so the have some give but stay together.
Hi Rick thanks for the excellent review it’s timed to perfection as I took delivery of this kit last week I’ve already hidden it in my stash (so my wife doesn’t find it) but if you have any influence with Amusing Hobby can you please please please ask them to release models of the new Challenger 3 and the new Abrams keep up the good work cheers
Lol.. I understand the stash!!! Sadly I hVe no influence although I know they are bring out the abrams x later this year. I too would love to see a challenger. After seeing them in ukrain I realy want to do o e with the digital camo
The abrams X is on its way, be a while till we see the challenger 3 inching that's a RFM thing they might surprise us later in the year now amusing are doing the prototypes I'm sure other will be jealous and want in on that! Lol
Thanks for all the additional info guys really appreciate it now I have to start saving the pennies and find some more hiding places as the boss is becoming suspicion!!!!!
Can't wait to see how this would look in production. Maybe you can buy a second one and try to make one with a lot of things added on it to make it look like it's in production
It was a nice pleasant build just dreading this masking and only one camo mask fornthe small digital camo that I'm not a fan of I'd have liked to seen the larger masks included the same as the shows prototype! Tracks are soft so be careful amd not as much spare as you think the bar connectors snap easy think there's 8 spare but more links than bar connectors so just be carful there!
Thanks for the info.. I noticed the whole kit is soft.melts easy.. even when sanding. I like the larger digital allso.. . Oh well have to do it the old way.
Nice unboxing Rick its an great looking kit
looking forward to your build

@@Ricks135scalemodels Yeah, this one is kind of expensive as well
@Maxalhw sad but all models are getting expensive
@@Ricks135scalemodels Yeah... Some 1/72 meng ones are great price at least here tho
@Maxalhw 72nd is just to small for me..

Greetings, One question, what kind of glue do you use for the pieces that come in that plastic box? , the resin ones.
I use CA glue. I prefer the thick type but some applications need the thin liquid stuff.
