Hurricane Milton has hit Florida, bringing dangerous winds and heavy rains, as communities still reel from Hurricane Helene last week.
Multiple people have reportedly died at a retirement community, from tornadoes that formed from the storm, and more than 2 million homes and businesses are without power.
The United States says it can't accept the situation in Lebanon turning into anything like the one in Gaza, as President Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have their first phone call in seven weeks.
