I got 24A back in September in Georgia on my way to Florida. Paid a little above MSRP, but also had to buy one of their store picks (I got a Woodford Double Oak, which I will gift to a friend). I really enjoy the 24A. I get the cherry notes too.
I would certainly like to see a video if you guys go around and show what the stores have in your area. It took me a year to get my first bottle of Stagg and I hope I can get a second one someday. lol.
Man… I wish I can get for retail. Store in my local area in Georgia open at 8am. and they had one Stagg 24A. Stagg 24A was priced at $199.99 and I had to buy one bottle of their store picks too. I spent $231.00 w/ a store pick bottle. Man… it is soooo good. I just don’t like the price, but I had to have it in my collection. I bought the Stagg 23C online earlier this year. I just for $250. Man… I just wish I can find retail bottles because this is getting out of hand. Great review guys and love your content. Been a subscriber for over a year and you help my knowledge of getting great bottles. Thanks 👍
My in-laws are down in GA (Lake Oconee). Not sure what part of the state you’re in but I’d advised joining FB groups if you haven’t done so already. Might help you build a relationship with a store where you might be able to score one at MSRP!
I haven’t had the 24A, but I just got a 24B and it SMACKS all 3 of the 23 batches in my opinion. Absolute fruit bomb, like a full proof Eagle Rare without the oak. Wondering how the 24A comes…
My local kroger in Lexington Kentucky just got the 24A a few days ago. They let me buy the case at $52 a bottle. It was $325 for all 6 bottles out the door. If you could post pictures on here, I’d post the receipt.
i'm surprised you hated 23b. that was my first stagg, and initially i thought i hated it too, until i went back to it like 6 months later, and then i guess the ethanol/drying effect wasnt really there anymore, and all the sudden i loved it. doing blinds at home it has won everything that i have put it up against, including a few heavy hitters, like a RR13 (I think batch 3), a 10yr willett purple top, disco 12, OF1924, and bookers 2024-02. i get that palates are different, but now i REALLY want to dry 24a lol. (i have a 23c as a backup currently, but the 23b is basically at the bottom of the word stagg. almost done with it)
Boys, $84 on a Stagg is unheard of where im from. Here in south GA they're fetching anywhere from $200-$400 a pop. Its absolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile, I can find a ECBP for $75. 😂 Wild west as hell down this way.
😂😂 Had a firehouse food poisoning shift years ago. New guy said he could cook.. well he couldn’t..😂. Woke up mid morning selling “Buicks” 🤮 on the front ramp after a call….
Zach, are you a firefighter? Never knew what you and Dave do for work. I was just able to grab a 24A at SRP, which doesn't happened often at all. Cheers.

Knowing Zach is/was a fireman makes me like this channel even more! Keep the good stuff coming men 👍
Loved 24A - it won blinds for me and a few different friends with 22A thru 24A - and 22A is no slouch!

Was this in Savannah or Pooler?
Yes, do a video on the stores you shop. That would be great.
Just got one myself. Dig the stag ‘stach!
Dave love the stache! Very Wyatt Earp’ish!

Great review you two!
Got my stagg 24B last week $100 out the door and my 24A in September here in southeastern Massachusetts. So enjoy
Nice.
Do you enjoy one over the other?
@offcamber I haven't opened 24B. yet already have 4 different ones opened , but soon though
Got a 24A a couple of months ago. Great bottle. Different that some of the other Staggs I have had. And got it at MSRP.
First stagg I've found for MSRP in August at a Delaware Totalwine

Why’d you buy a whole case
@@brendannew3064 I know, he's a selfish bastard. But honestly, I probably would have as well.
Nice I would have done the same
Hopefully you hooked up some buddies at cost and built up the karma.
@@brendannew3064why not? It’s my favorite and they let me. You’d be crazy not to for that price.

24A one of the best staggs ever

zach used to be a firefighter and now works for a chemical company and I am a minister.
$100 or less is an insta-buy for a Stagg. Unfortunately, we don’t see them very often in MD.
What's the most you'd pay for this Stagg?
Probably around 125-150 honestly.
I was glad to pay $100. So worth it.
@omalley16 yeah I would do that no problem
One
Hundred
US
Dollars
We don't get Stagg up here in MN, which is BS. :-(
That’s the price I paid with cash. $82 and some change.
Zach, anyone ever tell you that you look like Kirby Smart?
Not until now!!!!!!!!! Haha, I feel like I can use this against him at some point
STAAAAAAGGG don’t call me junior 👨🏻
...and a donut review!
No buffalo trace products is worth 250 plus IMO
10% over retail 😂 😂
😋🥃💯
24B > 24A.
24a is the best batch I’ve had going back to 22a.
This was quite honestly the worst Stagg I’ve ever had. Don’t pander this isn’t just blah it’s lousy and off profile. I’m surprised at this review.
