“ I’ve been shot before kids” lmao what a legend
@first last he's a legend you're not
"IM NOT A KID, IM AN OFFICER!"
Makes you wonder if it was the same guy that shot him
... kid. **OFFICER**
i Lol'd
The most cooperative shot person of all time
Most gun shot victims die from bleeding out because they panic and their heart beats faster. This man knows how to get shot
He's calm about it because he was in the service. Hats off to this man.
Guss Indica dude that’s the funniest comment
Ah, your comment have me a good chuckle. Thank you, sir!
He's almost acting like it's routine
I doubt I'd be 80% after being shot....dude is chill about it.
I would be like DEAD LoL 😅
He's had time to think about it. Cops take 10 or more minutes to arrive. So he thinks "I'm alive, that's 80% positive."
The calmer you are, the slower your heart beats and the less blood you lose, thus prolonging your chances of surviving.
@@michaeljackson8390 judging from your name I don't think your that creditable
he's in shock
This guy makes getting shot sound so routine. What a boss.
Cracking jokes at the end even.
That's a real O.G.
Kinda makes me wanna get shot. Imma go blow a hole in my foot I'll be right back.
Guy walks THEM through the steps lol
@@Justin-nx3pw How'd it go?
Shot in his "living the dream" T-shirt! Even his t-shirt is optimistic.
Question is, was he shot by someone or did he accidentally shoot himself?
Definitely living the American dream. Nothing is more American than accidentally getting shot at home. More guns than people in the US
@@jevil6627 did you not watch the whole 3 minutes? other dude shot him. good god u ppl impress me with how much u pay attention :P
"I'm a little bit shot". Best quote ever. Giving them advice on what to do, keeping chipper and communicative. Staying calm and cool in what was surely a stressful situation and a fair amount of pain. He ensured that everyone else around him stayed calm, because HE stayed calm. Bravo!
Actually the Vet is fine, he's so tough he held on to the bullet so they can take IT to the hospital.
Col. Angus I hope this blows up
Col. Angus this is funny lol
💀💀. I’d put a laughing emoji but I’m 99.9% sure this is the actual truth.

I surprised that ambulance was powerful enough to transport that guys huge balls!
Mercedes.
Lol once a soldier always a soldier. He knows to stay calm cuz he knows panic would send him into shock.

Guy is a legend. Why did the female cop say "I'm not sure why" when he said he wore a uniform a long time ago??? Did she not know what he was implying?
J. Keichel thank uv
J. Keichel - I’m guessing it’s edited so her response was to something different or she is saying she is not sure why he got shot in a uniform
She was probably responding to something that wasn't picked up by the microphones
I think she was responding to the older lady. Right before the lady officer says that( I don't know why) the older lady says officer.
People who wear uniforms (like solders) tend to understand and respect firearms.
They don't discharge weapons in the bedroom of a house.
"I remember Beirut back in 83, and it wasn't this much fun" Lol, guy is a real trooper!
throwback to "I accidentally shot him"....wtf
Every time he called the cops “kid” had me rolling😂

just coz he looks good (for now) doesn't mean that he IS good. internal bleeding is a thing u know? i remember my young cousin who had a car accident years ago, he was walking fine after the accident even went to the hospital and was talking to ppl like nothing has happened but then passed away that same night coz of internal bleeding. hope this guy makes it through.
Love it when Gangsters get shot they cry like little babies and cant stop screaming. But when a Marine gets shot he is as calm and smooth as ever.
This guy is so wholesome, he puts a smile on us while having a hole in his arm. God bless him.

He was so chill, what a great patient but I’ve got a feeling this wasn’t the first time.
I took a ricotchet to the stomach from a shotgun slug fragment and I was shook. Nowhere near as bad as this guys situation and he champed it. Mad respect.
This guy is lowkey ''Give me a cold compress and some rubber tape and I'll be good as new''.
Hope he recovered without a hitch! Looks like a good man
2:46 these camera crews are so unappreciated lol 😂
"I remember Beirut 83 and this isn't as much fun" 😳😆
The calmest gunshot victim I have ever seen.
“I’ve been shot before kids... I wore a uniform a long time ago” 😂😂😂😂 I felt that to my core. I have Purple Heart plates on my truck and a concealed carry permit. I was pulled over for speed and the first thing I said to the officer when he approached was I have a legally concealed weapon on my hip while both hands were on the steering wheel. His reaction? Immediately on his holster. I looked at him and said “first time?” His savage response made me laugh so hard because I completely understand the sarcasm
I hope A&E being a billionaire company donates some of there own money also in this fundraiser insted of using other peoples money for a tax right off.
What a trooper💪🏼
Love this gentleman 💙
This man is the definition of the phrase "Tis But A Scratch!"
In a very humble manner, mentioned he had been in the military, but didn't go on about being a hero or anything. That's a true hero! He just wanted a cold compress, which no one gave him.

Well, that’s putting it mildly, isn’t it?
He said he was at 80% as if all he needed was to be plugged in to an outlet for a few minutes to get back to 100% charge. What a gangster.

Negligent discharges are prevented with training. Only idiots drinking too much Budweiser and watching too much Nascar have negligent discharges
Yup, and accidents happen. Did you notice the guy who got shot was not blaming anyone, and the shooter was apologetic? This is how it should be. Don't try to trample on my 2nd Amendment rights. Frankly if you don't live in the U.S. it's none of your business.
amen
@@clickreportifyouareacrybab5942 True but if you feel offended by it and don't want to get judged by foreigners maybe the Internet isn't the right Place for you. Btw. You got to admit no Country should hand out Guns to Idiots who play around with them in their Living room and shoot them self. Someone might think they don't take them Serious. Maybe you are right about your Law, but your Standards for Licensing (if even necessary) and selling Guns isn't great. Only 5 Episodes of Live Pd are necessary to Prove that.
But you're right it's not my Business, and thank god for that...my chances to get shot ever, are 98% lower than yours.

Why is the cop wearing a tourniquet around his leg?!?! He wasted 15 seconds trying to get it ready for the patient....

plot twist he’s a robot and knows his health %
That guy is stellar. Hats off to his attitude despite the circumstances.
Went through his head
Officer : R U OK , SIR??
Man: can I get a cold beer?
Nobody going to talk about how long it took that officer to deploy his tourniquet. If you're going to carry one then it has to be a rapid deployment / easily excess able. This man is over here fumbling for over 30 seconds before it is even off his own ankle let alone applied to the person in need.
I don't know why he had it wrapped around his ankle. There are pouches designed so you can carry tourniquets/ifaks correctly on your ankle if you want. If he actually needed to apply that tourniquet to someone with an uncontrolled bleed, much less if he needed to apply it to himself in an emergency, he'd never be able to do it in time.
Not to mention that the dude didn't really seem to need a tourniquet anyway. They even said that he wasn't really bleeding.
@@ruthstewart5242 As I'm lacking in my first aid knowledge, would the tourniquet help with internal bleeding?
@@royalcrown7180 Don't see how. Internal bleeding has to be discovered with X-Ray or an operation or something.
"I accidentally shot him" oh gawd this is why I'm uncomfortable with just anyone having guns. The guy must have been embarrassed he was trying hard to keep his cool

This guy is the man. Can somebody just get him a cold compress please? If a guy like that were coolly giving me orders, I would do what he said. Driving me crazy that they're not hopping to it.
I've never seen anyone so high spirited, after getting a bullet through his arm, then into his torso. Wow! Fair play. 👍
People react to being in shock differently. Some people get jovial and extroverted and chatty. Probably because of nervousness or whatever.
I been shot before Kid. (And so I'm immune?)
Yea I'm sure that's exactly what he meant ffs
He knows what to expect, he knows how much pain he’ll be in, and he knows how to remain calm. Like if you gaping wound and you start freaking out all thats gonna do is increase your heart rate and just make you lose blood faster. He’s been around the block before, yeah getting shot sucks but it appears that he’ll live.
why is no one talking about how someone(his wife?) accidentally shot him?
It was his friend in the camouflage hat who shot him.
Maybe because it wasn't his wife who shot him, and it was an accident. What's to talk about?
This is why cops should not carry medical equipment without proper training. They are putting a tourniquet on an extremity that has CONTROLLED bleeding, pulses, and sensory and motor functions. You put tourniquets on extremities with UNCONTROLLED bleeding. Putting it on when it is not needed is so dangerous. When you put a tourniquet on correctly, you are cutting off arterial blood supply to that extremity. Without that oxygenated blood, the tissue becomes hypoxic then necrotic. Not only that, but the lack of oxygen causes a build up of toxins like lactic acid that will start circulating throughout the body once the tourniquet is removed. This causes dysrhythmias and shock. Not knowing this information with cost someone their limb and possibly their life. Think twice before you go “saving the day” with your very limited knowledge.
Give the man a cold compress already!!! 😂
