Apollo said "paper, box" gah! What a good burd! PS Who else has noticed a marked increase in Apollo's accuracy? I'm just blown away at the partnership you all have 🙏
I laugh and look around my home. You are totally bird friendly and I look around and I am totally dog friendly. I so enjoy your videos and never realized the vocabulary these birds have.
Thanks for posting a long video! I enjoy these so much and your camera man fits so nicely with you guys! He keeps everything smooth and balanced and makes the viewer feel almost like they are in the room with you guys. He knows when to focus and when to roam. Whomever is recording, they've done excellent in the lives and excellent in the videos! Really enjoying your content lately and it makes up for all the time you guys were busy moving and setting situated! I can tell you guys are working hard! ❤ ps: Dalton reminds me of Finneas Eilish! Like a redhead version. It's also his energy..idk just reminds me of him 🤷🏼♀️😂
Tory, I know you said you like the golden conures, and I don’t know if you know it or not, but the green cheeked conures can speak in whole sentences very clearly, and tend to carry on conversations. I shared an apartment with a green cheeked conure & it’s owner for 3 years. I’ve never seen a bird with such a varied vocabulary. It was amazing. I’m a bird lover, and I enjoy the antics your birds do. Good training and sweet personalities. You might want to check out a green cheeked conure with the shape of a red butterfly on its breast. They are a beautifully colored bird as well. Good job on your channel. I hope UA-cam isn’t ripping you off as they have others. Good luck to you and your birds and the training program you have for them.
It's rather ridiculous that I watch your channel as your references are decades (many) different than my own. But ya'll are a cute and often entertaining birdie family
Quick is an archaic term meaning "alive". The meaning "fast" is more recent. If something is "cut to the quick" it's cut through the dead bloodless part to the living blood-filled part.
Correct! It's used this way in 'The Secret Garden' (I read a bunch of Edwardian era children's books and it also makes learning other Germanic languages easier.)
Hold old are Dalton and Tori? Because I always assumed they were younger than me.. around 32ish. I didn't watch too much SpongeBob either. The first few seasons. But I'm 36 so I kinda aged out early on.
I know wayyyy less than you about parrots of course but i think it's possible that it's more difficult to guess numbers because so many times you hold your fingers up in the same way however saying a number is not the task at all. So when you hold up your fingers hes not actually what the task and perhaps just a precursor to the real task. A possible example is that he did better when you held up 4 bottles
Does Apollo & the other two birds ever get to fly around outside at all if so how? & When? Are they trained to fly and come back home to you their owners.
Tori or Dalton 4:52 if you still want to know… Google translate Matrioshka from English to Russian (матрешка) then press the speaker to hear the pronunciation. You both were very close!
They follow the guidelines of a Dr. And her bird..damnit..I can't think of their names ATM, but they spoke about them in most their recent live! And the last live was so good, relaxed, and entertaining so it is def worth the watch!
So idk how long they train, but I believe it is a round the clock thing for them (with all the birds) because they do speak about what it is like having a bird in general and a bird like Apollo and the time and dedication needed. That it isn't for just anybody (which I believe most bird lovers and fans of birds and their owners know this) But wheb it comes to Tori and Dalton and Apollo and their goals for him, along with just the things they share about their daily lives with the birds, it does seem like it's a daily thing they are constantly working on, regardless if it's a "strict training session" or simply working on teaching him something new throughout the day. They very much treat their birds like children. I mean, pets are family and when you have a bird who is going to live MANY years, you are essentially raising them. Again, check out that live because they do share a lot and I meant to look into that doctor and her bird. It's probably in my search history somewhere. I'm sure you can find out more researching her because they follow her teachings. Also her bird's name was Alex.

Yeah, I wonder where he got it.

It was really cool to see Apollo master a word while on air! 💚✨️ he's so cuuuute
Apollo's voice is the coolest. He has so much control when he speaks ❤

Apollo ist soo ein interessanter und kluger Vogel. ❤😊
Very clever. It's a box but no bottom. He inspected it
A beautiful family ❤
I love that he waved at the end
Hello from Oregon:) Here we call those colored plastic building pieces" Plus Plus "
We like them too. Thank you for the great video. Bless you all
It's called block
@@RobertCraft-re5sf agreed.
I've never seen him get bell wrong, he loves that thing haha
I love how his inflection with his words have changed over the past few months. He's great.
Edit: Also, Dalton not knowing SpongeBob is sacrilege.
Hold old are Dalton and Tori? Because I always assumed they were younger than me.. around 32ish. I didn't watch too much SpongeBob either. The first few seasons. But I'm 36 so I kinda aged out early on.
@@Aerodil I guess this is the "roasting" Tori was talking about 😆
@@greatPretender79 I don't have a good roast at the moment or I'd serve it hot.
@Aerodil understandable. I'm actually 44 and I love SpongeBob. Especially the sentence enhancers episode 🤷♂️
@@greatPretender79 the pizza episode is my favorite. As well as the Texas one.

Apollo has MAJOR deathcore energy. Soleil has power metal energy and Ophelia gives off black metal vibes for some reason.
I love when Apollo says haaaat
Box
Much improved mics and camera

Apollo seems to work better when he's just chill.

Apollo is so funny 🤣
Ironically, the stick was probably a charm related to Apollo learning to count.
hahah at 27:00 she said shake bottle and he put his foot out like "shake"
How long a training session do you do a day?

Oh, they spoke about it in this video too! Dr.Pepperberg! I knew it was something unique, I just couldn't think of it
Hi Apollo from Edina mn
"get these mutha f*kin boxes off my mutha *fkin perch"
"I've officially gaslit myself into enjoying Dr. Pepper." Isn't that the standard procedure? ^____^
'Describe this' would be short or 'what's this' 'that's a book' 'describe the book'
49:17 I basically did the same thing for Cookie Clicker in like 2014
Do you have mirrors for them?.
Lol doesn’t get her the screwdriver then shushes her
Can you teach Apollo an alternate language?
Do you think he will struggle with "Block" now that he knows "Box"?
Don't worry Dalton i have not seen sponge bob either 😏🧽
Hi

Shrox.
You need to watch Spongebob Season 1-4 😅
The very best seasons imo. Also, probably the only ones I ever watched 😂🤷🏼♀️
best seasons and then he’ll understand all the internet memes
The aliens should get some they also guess if you listen they say four and pay good attention ✨🥰🏆
