I had this on Dreamcast. In the Arizona level you can make the donut role. Also not sure if its Arizona or another level but you can get a giant alien ant to spawn that will chase you.

That 360p game needs a serious 4k upgrade. (Note: It was one of my favorite games a long time ago)
