Jahanzeb Khilji is my uncle and Mashallah Allah gave him a lot of strength. Despite all that he is still thankful to Allah and full of life. He remember all facts and figures by heart that shows how much he dedicated and time he spent to prove himself innocent. I am 100% sure he will get justice one day, Inshallah.
A very similar injustice happened to my father, we suffered for 12 years. But finally we won the case in supreme court, and my father got all salary arrears and promotions back. My father finally retired five years back.
This is the slap of our judicial system . How a common man treated when he tries to do their duty. Who will pay back his golden 25 years .hell of this system.
Mind you. He was not a common man. He was a government official and that top an influential one. Inspector Customs sounds intimidating. Yet he was punished this way. Think of an actual common man. Will he have an iota of say in this system?

I don't have any word to describe my feelings and i am totally shocked that what our judiciary did with him. I feel guilty as a student of Criminology that what we learned in University is just theory and just written words. But not implemented on ground reality. I feel ashamed that how we make fools in University and hide the Truth. Why don't we make some amendments in PPC CRPC and trying to fill or fixed up the gapes and flaws from which criminals get benefits and law abiding citizen of Pak get punished.

Same thing Ashir the Army did to me I joined at 30 and wasted my 10 years of my life and chucked me out, I was a career soldier and NCO and former Aitchisonian! The CO was a bastard and also was the Major the 2IC! I was son of Major and who was POW 71! And grandson of Colonel who was WWII POW! This man is another example of injustice in Pakistan happening to good people!

One more thing to add . Y didn't he asked his wife to appear in court . Y didn't he asked other witnesses. Y court did not accepted his wife's statements if she appeared in court . So many questions in mind who was the brother of lady .
We should start a justice for Jehanzeb movement. I don't comment below videos but this pushed me to do. I think we all can become part of petition and a campaign to make sure highest courts take notice of this. It's sad that this good honest person got what he got. I was thinking to come back to the country ,but after listening this man, i think it's better to stay in these non-muslim countries ,then living in our so-called islamic jamhooria, at least there is no injustice here....
I don't have any word to describe my feelings and i am totally shocked that what our judiciary did with him. I feel guilty as a student of Criminology that what we learned in University is just theory and just written words. But not implemented on ground reality. I feel ashamed that how we make fools in University and hide the Truth. Why don't we make some amendments in PPC CRPC and trying to fill or fixed up the gapes and flaws from which criminals get benefits and law abiding citizen of Pak get punished.

Same thing Ashir the Army did to me I joined at 30 and wasted my 10 years of my life and chucked me out, I was a career soldier and NCO and former Aitchisonian! The CO was a bastard and also was the Major the 2IC! I was son of Major and who was POW 71! And grandson of Colonel who was WWII POW! This man is another example of injustice in Pakistan happening to good people!

I am sure what has happened Jahanzeb sahb,there has been many similar other cases across Pakistan which are still silent. One thing is clear that There is no value for human beings in our society. We are just handicapped by corrupt Government officers including so called Judicial System. Please keep in mind that why these court cases take so long? Why there isn't anyone who can question from corrupt judicial mafia? Being MAALIK we should be asking from them. Does this same kind of judiciary system has been functioning in European countries and other developed countries? We should change your mind set or same thing happened with Jahanzeb sahb can be repeated with anyone. JazakAllah and stay safe and blessed
