I am working with an environmental consultant company and we face the same issues everyday. when we open SEP Act, 2014 and its rules and regulations (Hazardous substance rule, IEE & EIA regulations etc.) for the industrial pollution, its really very confusing. Most of the time the clients get angry on us because of the flaws in our law . You are right sir I really appreciate someone like u is my mentor. Thanks for educating us.

Bravo, I have serving shipping industry for 25years & you are describing in the best possible way, I have been witness to many cases, & have many more stories.
one case I can recall one particular case of lot of Milk powder Containers, there is H.S. Code for Pakistan & different H.S. Code for India. The producer / exporter was same, mistakenly the lot for Pakistan & lot for India changed. The vessel carrying cntrs discharged at Indian port earlier & the found the error/ mistake & immediately informed the Shipper & shipper informed us / Karachi office instructed to arrange return back / re-export the cntrs & the rule of Quarantine Dept, .... A sad story
Ashir bhai your rational explanation to highlight problems is light for the Pakistani nation. On the other hand, we have Pakistan media who will never discuss these core issue - they are simply spokesmen to the corrupt politicians.
Due to Being a fan, and watching your videos like taking a bit of medicine everyday, with a cup of tea, i had realized a lot of faults in the systems, and especially the procedures. I had a deep insight thanks to you.
Recently, i encountered a problem with NTS, and SBP. I had to apply for a job, and i applied online. And then i had to take a print of the same online form, which i had already submitted online. Now, i had to send that form to karachi, with the receipt of fee that has been paid.
Now, the interesting part is: the NTS had mentioned a few banks where you could submit your fee, but the banks didn't have any system to accept the fee. There, all that you've been telling us about automation came to mind, instead of decreasing the number of steps, they actually increased the steps and troubles.
I've learnt a lot from you, and now i don't know what to do. Having no means to leave the country, I'd to do something about the laws. But the offices are on the mountains, and we are deep inside the earth's crust. May the Lord save us
I am not sure how covid has impacted it but UAE had a plan for a date in December when the last order of the govt was to be issued on paper & then placed in the museum of the future on Sheikh Zayed as the evidence of the past when they worked on paper and in future the whole society would be paperless.
That is the only way forward for Pakistan.

Sir, you explained things in a fantastical way. One thing you quoted is the army act. It should be just a defence act not separately army, navy and air force acts just because everything is on the same page so they can do whatever they want. The same is the case with civil services as a fixed number of people from the army come to bureaucracy without any CSS exam. If they are more capable then it should be allowed to every department that sends your capable people to civil services.

As much as these videos are enlightening and eye opening, the sad truth is the hope for a change is far from being thouth of let alone be implemented. The more i get to know about the failed systems the more i feel helpless and trapped in a society that has closed its eyes and ears to an actual beneficial system to the masses.

Asalam o alaikum sir I am also doing government job and as Assitant Director in Balochistan. I am also fed up from this system of bribe, nepotism, and political influences. As I was appointed in 2018 and now almost completed more than 4 years, but still I am not happy neither satisfied. Day to Day situation is deteriorating and no one is doing his job. Seniors are not helping the sincere ones, either political affiliated are facilitated only. Things are getting worse.
Dear, you should be stricted to your principles. Never compromise your own rules. Soon or later, at the end we all will die. Be clear to your position. Never leave any sort of ambiguity. No matter you've to leave your job or to pay anything else. I know it's not that easy in practical to go against the system where you've been surrounded with power, money and fame lusted wolves all around. Be like Aashir Azeem, no matter you've to be a Truck driver even. Salute to @aashir Sir. ❣️
