@10th Generation Dairyman I hope Messick's gives you a good discount for the ad. You are the type of "Influencers" we need, not the empty headed fashion ones.
We have had a ssv75 just like the one you're using for a year now have about 500 hours on it and we love it it's a great machine lots of power easy maintenance compared to other skid steers.
Yeah, I agree. We have a bobcat, that doesn't have a door. I do remember when there was one couldn't get out with the boom up halfway, pain when you need to help the other person!
We bought a SSV 75 this spring and traded in our 2009 L185 new holland on it. So far it has been the best machine we have ran. Ours is a pilot control machine and we absolutely love it. Along with any maintenance you do such as filters and greasing, it is all very easy and accessible compared to any other machine. Would defiantly recommend looking into purchasing it.
My grandfather got a Kubota skid and I love it. I highly suggest getting one. We had a new Holland but now we use that Kubota from mucking out cattle to bush hogging u can't go wrong w it.
Been running Kubota since 2003 and very happy Can’t go wrong with Kubota we have 3 and never Had any problems you are making a good choice if you go with Kubota
Use to do work for United Rentals here on the east coast so got the chance to work on and try a bunch of different skid loaders from different brands. My 2 favorite brands from the start of my work at the company to the end were Takeuchi and Kubota. Hope you guys keep it! Should serve you well.
I ran one when I milked cows in the winter for a friend. I really liked it. I have two gehls and I wouldn’t be afraid to upgrade to a kubota. I love the cabs, especially the door
They are wonderful machines, definitely consider it. I also just noticed that when you have the boom fully extended up, it pushes the bucket our further making dumping into the mixer really nice instead of having to hug it with other models when dumping in feed.
Watching you enjoy the new toy is really fun. Like the shirt-good shout out to the provider of the skid steer. I bet you were glad when you got to disable the backup beeping. No need to apologize for the beeping-it was the skid steers fault lol. Thanks for the video.
Fresh paint on fresh iron always looks great, regardless of the color. Glad that the success of the channel is helping get some new tools on the farm. Hope you can keep some. God bless.
Eric, nice machine. I have 259D the I work, mostly pulling trees and mowing. I considered the Kubota but I was swayed by reviews from other users saying the creature comforts and quietness in the CAT was better. But none of that tops the ability to open the door on the machine no matter what position the lift arms are in. That feature in gold. I wish I'd gotten the kubota. Live and learn. God bless
I wish they had a JCB teleskid for you to compare, I think the teleskid is tops especially the tracked version! My favorite thing about this machine is the enclosed cab with all the dusty products you have to move every day! That back up alarm would drive me nuts after a while 😂
I like that view over your shoulder in the skid loader. I had the headphones on and my husband could hear that beeping all the way across the room...lol.
Enjoyed the video. That appears to be a nice skid steer. I hope you can work a deal with the dealer. Thanks for taking the time to produce the videos. Y'all take care and God bless.
I bought a new SSV75 in August 2018. Have had ZERO problems. Great machine, can’t keep it clean use it nearly everyday around the farm. Just use it and try to keep the filters well maintained. I do wish the lights where a little better and that the inside controls had a dim light so you can find the switches at night time. I usually just leave the dome light on. Best of luck.
💥 Yep, that’s the one! You need to keep that for sure. Kubota makes an excellent skid steer! The common sense door itself is worth it! *Keep on tractoring!* 👍
We bought a Kubota SVL95-2s about 3 months ago, FREAKING LOVE IT!!! Just got a MTL XC8T Rotary brush cutter today, used it for about two hours, what a beast it is. Ours is a track machine and 20hp more but it has been awesome. Love the roll up door, one of the biggest reason we got it. That and the motor. Kubota makes motors for a lot of the other brands anyway, so why not go to the source.
Eric, Proud YALL are trying the SS75- - just as good as the 95! Same engine and hydraulics! All made here in GAINESVILLE GEORGIA! Kubota has brought thousands of jobs to this Northeast Georgia Region with manufacturing plants in a couple of other cities but Main Headquarters, GAINESVILLE! We just got a trac version of the SS75 4 months ago and it has doubled our landscape production vs the John Deere‼️ Thank You for the Demonstration‼️ By the way, friends that work here for Kubota ship motors to Messick’s up there in PA‼️ This video ought to get You, Dad and the family a free visit to tour the plants down here- -and we can take YALL out on Lake Lanier for some NEEDED R&R‼️ Get in some water park action at Lake Lanier Islands, some Wakeboard Fun! Some great worship and fellowship ‼️
I used to run one in construction, and when ours broke down, we rented a Kubotoa from the local dealer. It had no pedals, the locomotion and steering was in the left hand joystick, and the boom and bucket were in the right. That was an awesome machine to run. Very intuitive controls, and a shallow learning curve. I hated to see our old on get fixed and have to turn the new one back in... I don't like the foot pedal controls... You should try an all-joystick model. I think you'd like it!
Alot of farmers use foot pedals for presision. I have a 2020 ssv 75 and have had about 25 skids over the years. Ranging from iso controls to foot controls. By far you can be 10times more presice with foot controls because when u move a joystick to move or pedal for loader it's instantly gonna do that action and not get delayed 1 second.
Braeden Nelson You’re talking about electric over hydraulic Kabota has all hydraulic over hydraulic so it doesn’t change whether its foot controls or joystick controls
ERIC THAT IS A NICE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT YOU'RE RIGHT ABOUT THE BEEPING WHEN YOU BACK UP THAT WOULD DRIVE ME TO DRINK I THINK OSHA REQUIRES IT SEEMS LIKE EVERYBODY WANTS TO TRY IT OUT ME TOO THANKS FOR SHARING THE VIDEO 👍🇺🇸
We have 2 of the 65 models one with over 3500 hrs and the other one we got last December. We have had or used many different makes and these seem to be one of the better makes. We have had a couple of issues but nothing serious, doesn't really matter what make they are something will brake on them. Really enjoy your videos keep up the good work.
That loader is really nice! I am always amazed at just how much you depend on your loaders. I live up in Doylestown. PA a bit of a drive from you. We have a long established equipment dealer here. Originally, "real " farm equipment, New Idea, Heston and some other lines I don't remember. The family who owned the company has retired and sold the business. Kubota was a big part of the product line and they have a nice line up of skid loaders and tractors of all sizes on the corner
Hi Robert. I know where Doylestown PA is . I used to be a stucco contractor in Pa I did a wawa on 611 and some town houses in doylestown. It's a nice area. I'm from Ireland I lived there for 12 years I came back 10 years ago. I used to go out were Eric is from when I felt home sick as the farms reminded me of home . I lived in Philadelphia. I grew up on a farm . I think the new Holland factory isn't that far from Eric as I was there before on tour .
Great machine. We have a slv 75 too. I like both of them. Use the ssv mostly round the yard moving pallets, loading trucks and moving equipment around. Plenty of power and pretty balanced machine.
We have had 3 different ones all on tracks we use it for the farm and we do steep hill side mowing and clearing great machines very easy to keep the maintenance up
You'll really grow to like the Kubota. Just having the front door go up over head instead of swinging out is a big plus. You enjoy the A/C now. You'll really enjoy the heat on those cold winter mornings. Biggest problem you have with any skidsteer is tire wear. Haven't been able to figure out that problem yet. Good Luck
I hope this Kubota works great for you and you're able to work a deal if it fits your needs. It's always nice to have a new piece of equipment that works every time you climb in it, and the AC is a blessing also. Love your channel. If I could give you two thumbs up on each video I would. You need to remind the viewers that a thumbs up helps your farm and your channel. By the way, my first job was working on a dairy farm in MASS for $.75 an hour.
I have run a ssv65 with pilot controls now for a few hundred hours landscaping and snow removal. Awesome machine a/c and heat are equally as good and the ksr makes a huge difference as well. great machines!

I have put 3 hours on a sv 95 and it’s sweet no problems so far but it is a track machine and joystick. Have used 72in bush hog and 7’ wide bucket also an brush rippers so far it’s been a beast.
I think it's a nice machine. And I think it will be more productive because you don't have to get in and out as much to change buckets or get the forks for pallets. I think you guys should get it it is really nice and think about the ac on hot days lol. Thanks for the videos.
The most reliable and sturdy skid steer you can get. Hydraulic over hydraulic control is more precise and responsive than all other except the Takaeuci (sp). Most other skid steers are electric over hydraulic control and are sluggish and troublesome.
I. Robles my grandpa shatters then almost every time we move bales of hay or straw, and if it’s not that he won’t latch the bucket properly and it’ll fall off when loading manure. Long story short maybe two weeks.
Sorry about the beeping, it has been disabled since this video.
Thanks for this comment. You can pin it to the top so more people see it. I hope you like the trial run with it.
Thank god I had headphones 🎧 on owwwwww haha
Hi
I wondered if you could do that
Oh no Eric now it’s not osha safe

Yeah we've had similar experiences with our ssv75 which has around 350 hours. We love it especially since it has ac
Bobcat is way better
@@topofthemountainwithtalan3391 I'm pretty sure kubota skidloaders are somewhat based off of bobcat skidloaders
I love all my kubotas. Just dont like tier 4 but I like new so o well!
I like the roll up door. On the case and John deer ones if the boom is half ways up and you need to get out you can't because the door can't open.
need to try a JCB
John Summers yeah I tried one and think the case is going to get traded in for it.
Yeah, I agree. We have a bobcat, that doesn't have a door. I do remember when there was one couldn't get out with the boom up halfway, pain when you need to help the other person!
hfbroady yeah and then you almost feel guilty making the hired man pull the tractor tire off the forks 😂
The only problem is the company could get sued over having the door flip up
I have ran one of these and I really like operating one it handles a fertilizer plant really good so it should be a perfect for your dairy.
We bought a SSV 75 this spring and traded in our 2009 L185 new holland on it. So far it has been the best machine we have ran. Ours is a pilot control machine and we absolutely love it. We just got a kubota SSV65 on our farm this spring and love it, it’s by far the best skid loader we have.
Nice I am going to sub to you. Me and my dad have a John Deere 35g mini excavator and a kubota SVL 65 and I love it
How does it do for lifting round bales and cleaning manure?
We are not on a farm right now we have a laundromat and we have the machines for doing like tree work, ditches, stumps, and removel
How does it do with tree removal i do everything with my ls170 new holland skidsteer .
It does good with tree removal because you have a grappler for it and the grappler can rip up anything
**inside my head** hmm that beeping is annoying, i may comment... *checks comments*..... never mind
🤣
I have a feeling that the skid loader isn't going back.
