We are 5th generation Almond Ranchers in Northern California. We have gorgeous Almond blossoms on our trees this time of year. We can stand in front of our trees, and literally watch the blossoms burst open! The pollinations of millions of bumble bees proliferates not only the blossoms, but, the beautiful Almonds harvested every fall!
Thanks for the video. You have a wonderful farm. Takes me back to when I hauled manure with a JD 5020. Miss the good old days. Long live John Deere Nation.
Everyone compares everything to a John Deere. There is a reason for this. Congrats on the New Deere! Looks and sounds really good for the hours it has! Thanks for the videos 👍🏻
You and your family run the dairy very well, spending just what you need to to ensure there will be many more generations of dairy persons in the future.
Man I sure enjoy the shots of the openness around your farm and the weather. Something about the morning sun on a cold clear day brings back some good memories for me. Seems like the heifers were enjoying it too. Thanks for sharing.
Looks like you have that down pat the tractor looks pretty nice the major thing the tractor is capable of doing the work I like the way you can shift it good video thank you 👍🇺🇸
Thanks for the effort to make these videos. They are so interesting. I can tell you were having great fun with the new equipment. May it be a blessing to your family and all who receive the blessing of your milk production!
We bought 2 JD7330’s a couple years ago and stuck them on 2 JD 568 round balers and that’s where they’ve been ever since. Great tractors we love their turning radius and how simple they are to teach to new hands
Enjoyed the video. Nice tractor. I bet it is like day and night between the two. Thanks for taking the time to produce the videos. Y'all take care and God bless.
It's nice to see the equipment upgrades ya'll have done the past few months. From what I've seen pf your PM, you should get alot of use out of them without constantly having to work on them. Keep up the good work as I am always looking forward to your new videos!
never commented before but have been watching your videos for probably over a year now. I work in IT but I love to see what's going on out at the farm.. thank you for sharing!
"The Farmer" over at "The Farming Life" channel will be glad to see that you are impressed with your new Deere! Great video! Thanks for sharing❗❗❗ 🙂🙂🙂 👍👍👍
Wow, I'm amazed at how knowledgeable you are at such a young age. I know you've been at it all your life and grew up farming, but just have to give you a thumbs up!!
I don't know about you but the squeak in the JD chair would drive me crazy if I had to spend any time in the tractor. Thanks for your videos, I just love to see happy cows.
Eric it has to be said that this is stunning quality footage and the “golden sunlight” hours colours were just fantastic. New toy also good and like that you recycle and only use as big as you need.
Hi Eric, I'm not any kind of farmer or know anything about it, but I have found your videos interesting. I grew up next to a cow pasture, they had them for sell and meat. I have been able to get right next to them in the pasture but they were no where as big as the ones you have. I have fallen in bad health and I watch UA-cam a lot. I find myself watching your videos over and over. Thanks for the videos and keep making them.🙂
Most milking cows aren't mean because they are around people all the time. I used to. Work on a farm when I was younger and never worried at all about one coming after me... Now cattle farms (that raise them to either sell to other farms or to sell for beef) you have to watch out for those cows because they don't get the attention that milk cows do (like being milked 2 to 3 times a day) so they aren't as trusting as they are!
I have a 7130 that I bought new. We have about 7000 hrs on it now. It has been a great tractor. Ours has a loader on it which has been great. We have really loved it. I hope you enjoy it too!
I've got a 7230 Standard a lot like that 7130, mine has the 24spd, mirrors, more lights. Been a great tractor, love it, bought it new in '12. Also have a 2940 we still run too.
I have a 7330 and it’s a very good tractor! Have close to 3,000 hours on it and have had very few issues! I would definitely put a front end loader on it if I were you!!!
Hi, I live in PA and I was wondering if you do tours or if you would be able to do one because my family is always amazed by your work you do on your dairy farm. Make sure to keep up the good work and stay strong and healthy.
Good tractor, it matches the spreader in color, and seems like it has the power you'll need. good to buy it from a neighbore the money stays local, and he can fix it up. :) Out with the old in with the new. The new cab has windows all around! 4240 a good workhorse!
No tractor brand loyalty with you guys.Case of if the tractor fits then we have it.Tidy tractor.Nice Kuhn tedder in your neighbours yard too. Pickrite spreader does a good job of cutting and spreading the manure.Gives a nice and even coverage.
those 7130s are good tractors, we just had to do an overhaul on ower 7130 that has 11,000 hrs and there was no barings and scoring on the Engen, so there good tractors
cool eric nice new tractor simple but really love the sensible practicle way,you and family get on with farming no frills real expensive gear sitting around with minimal usage huh my davourite of coursen is the ancient old gem you often use cool2,give him a soda for me smile graham nz an ex commercial market gardener say hi to your wife/family
It’s a Deere my man 🤙🏾✊🏾 Only thing to watch out for with that series is the fuel primary and return lines...they’re real bad about collapsing after so many hrs. Super good all around tractor.
This video should be instructive to viewers who always question why you don't buy the shiniest new thing. Stuff like estimating how many hours annual use vs age and hours on the machine vs cost. Nice video.
Another nice video. I expect you've figured out by now that the turtle/rabbit rocker switch just to the right of the throttle lever will also shift through the gears within the range. Love that feature.
Dude its a 7130 all john deeres with a 30 on the end have a pto boost that boost the engine to keep you going when the pto is in if you power harrowing up a steep hill and your rpm starts to drop the computer notices and boots from 120 to 130 so you never notice a drop in power good choice of tractor
Tractor looks nice,8500 hours just getting broke in.We have several that have well over 10,000 hours
You've a good head on your shoulders. Your dad must be really proud.
I've got to catch up on all your uploads when I've time.

Love the look of John Deere tractors. Just beautiful machines. When I was growing up we had a mix of John Deere, White, and International machines.
So glad to see you wear a mask. Not enough farmers do. Respect!
Your like the only farmer on UA-cam that doesn’t click bait EVERY new piece of equipment 👍🏼👍🏼
Very nice tractor, we have a 7520 and a 7330, very similar to your new one, it should be a great tractor for your farm
Good Luck with your "new" tractor! Love your videos.
Thank you for the time you take producing different views in your video.
