- Keyuan, the orphan boy from China without ears, stole the hearts of our viewers last year. Two of them in particular. "He was so adorable, what if everyone thought that someone was going to do something - and he just ended up waiting and waiting... and nobody came?" said Lim Poh Lian.
This is CNA Insider's two-part story of how his wait for a mummy and daddy is finally over.

"Paper pregnancy" is the sweetest way to describe an adoption process!

I cried when he called her "Mama". Such a beautiful soul, keep him safe and sound Lord. 🙏
Tychi Chan I cried too! So sweet
妈妈
Awww! I’m so glad someone took him home. I hope his new parents treat him well and with love. Chinese is pretty difficult to learn but i hope his parents will learn and destroy the language barrier. Or he could learn english himself
.
He's young he'll be speaking perfect English in 2 years.😉
he was learning english
bananamelon I think English is an very easy language to learn, I started learning it at 6 and it only took me less than a year to be fluent. I think he will be able to learn it very fast too!
Bananamelon : it's alright! Singapore is also a very English-speaking country.. Everybody speaks a good English there! So he will too
What a handsome and kind boy. He'll have a bright future ahead of him
Yeah, brighter future than yours for sure :P
Stephistaecated thats mean😒
Surely
Stephistaecated What a mean and rude thing to say.
@@renderz8435 ur future too
when the care lady at foster cente saying "all the little kid was gone (find their family) only him left" he's saying "i need to patience" wow oh wow!!
he very smart & they're raise him behaviour so well ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
he gonna so bless this family when he growing up!! the kid only wish earn for a family love and care!! bless the family and the foster mom as well
i hope all the best for this family in Singapore 😊
I was searching for this boy to get adopted once I saw that interview! If he wasn't adopted I was seriously considering it with my husband and working on the process. But I'm sooo happy he will have a home!!!
Us too!!!! Would of adopted him in a heart beat!
The adoptive mom is so loving and seems like she'll be a great adoptive mom to keyuan. The dad seems well, the typical emotionally distant asian dad. I hope keyuan all the best in his new family and hopefully a great future ahead.
You're projecting.
@@HS-ie8tj well i am just going from what i see here at least so i could be wrong. And no my dad is annoyingly loving.
100% feel that the mom will be a good mom
made me end up with tears. the tears of happiness for Keyuan starting with a new family, tears of sadness for many other children who go thru the mixed emotions... glad this couple opened their arms and made huge efforts to come all the way from sg, hopefully language won't be a big barrier as time goes, sg will definitely offer good language learning opportunities for all of them to learn and practice. all the best!
found myself in tears😢💕
Kay same here
Me too
Same
IKR 😭😭😭
The amount of tears I thought I could keep back could fill a bathtub! His story is so moving I can't help but cry 💓
I do not how to express my feeling about caretakers but she/they are wonderful persons. Precious ones❤️ I wish Keyuan all best and happiness🍀🥰
Hope Keyuan can adapt well to Singapore, happy for him to be with his new family
you wont be that happy when he beats you in english and its not even his first language. He's gonna be more successful than you.
YT Stephistaecated ok can.
YT Stephistaecated why you so salty sia...
Because i've seen enough. Would v much love to migrate out if i could, then sg can be taken over by kids like these and be china no. 2. I wouldnt care less then
YT Stephistaecated Okay, do whatever you want, hope they welcome you into their country just as much as you welcomed those looking for a better life and coming into SG. Singaporeans were afterall migrants themselves yet ironically you feel so upset and over an orphan finding a family? Really? Instead of being happy for this new family, you are worried over china taking over? You are upset about those migrating yet you yourself want to do so to another country
- A Singaporean living abroad in Taiwan now
Omg he is so excited ...he is like that he knows them since his birth .....well, all I want to say is that we should pray for him and his parents a healthy and happy life
his documentary from last year showed up in my feed.
left for work this morning in tears. thinking if anyone was going to come or had come to adopt him already?
decided to google his name when i got home, so glad i did.
i'm so happy for him, i hope him the best.
Hope Keyuan settles down well in Singapore and has the opportunity to fulfil his full potential. 加油!
He'll be better than all your kids and later move to US for good
@@renderz8435 uhh internet troll
His caretaker is a very nice person ;,) God bless her
Edit: I can see how hard his adopted mother is trying to improve her Chinese and how much her Chi improved in 10 months, it is very pleasing that this video is in my suggestions
Proud to be a Singaporean WOOOHH Bless the family and KeYuan!!!
He's gonna beat you in your studies
@@renderz8435 and? wtf fly away from here
Stephistaecated What is wrong with you?
Aaah... the first time I watched him being featured waiting for his parents, I already cried my eyes out and prayed that he would be adopted by a good family... now that it's happened, I hope that he has found his happiness. God bless the orphans still waiting for their own adoptions...
honestly he so handsome even he was a child....
Glad he’s got adoptive parents why in China is a child who’s 14+ unadoptable all children of any age need homes filled with love.
I think that in china 14 may be considered "legal age" or near enough to it that they focus more on getting them out into the workforce rather than on getting them a family.
I think 14 is the age of consent in China?
Please do a follow up video in a year!
same here - i wish there will be follow ups. thanks CNA!
I was literally in tears at the end! This boy is so sweet and he really deserves that family ❤️
Hopefully the foster parents will treat them good.. He waited so long for a family to love him..
Proud to be a Singaporean ! Hope I can help them out this couple and this boy with their language barrier . I live in the east of Singapore , and would love to help them out too .
Seriously can’t stop crying. Please God protect his family and his caregivers 😭
This kid breaks my heart 😭 he’s so pure
The way he grabbed the mothers hand and reached out for the dad is soooo sweet 🥺
Oh my god, this made me cry. He’s so sweet. God keep him safe.
I loved living in Singapore. This new family will have a happy & loving home.
I’m so glad he found his family. The video I saw of him made me cry I felt so sad for him. I’m too old to adopt but I sure would have 20 years ago. Thank you❤️ my heart is so happy for him.
He is such a sweet boy. I hope he grows up to be a good person. The one who adopted keyuan are very kind. This brought me to tears.
i’m crying. look at how exciting he was!! so happy for him. and he’s so sweet and handsome i can’t 😢😢😢
Ahhhh! So happy for Keyuan! Him and his parents seem kind, loving, and determined to not let language stop them from loving each other. All languages are hard to learn, but I’ve noticed that when people learn languages that belong to their home continent or areas like/near where they originated, it is easier to learn the language. This could also apply to languages used near where people are born and raised. (i.e when Asians learn Asian languages new to them it is easier to learn, as opposed to a European one, which will most likely be harder)
I Cried when i saw the documentary from one year ago today, so i searched and searched then a few minutes later i found this. Can't wait to watch it!
I'm not crying. It's allergies. You're crying !! God bless little one. May your Life path be amazing.
Thank God for them to adopt that precious child
It is so sweet to see this fine young man gets adopted
Hope he grows big and strong, with lot of laughter in his heart
I'm the only one not crying, right?
yeah because my eyes are just sweating
OK YES IM CRYING!! aww this makes a heart melt
Maryam Salahi I’m crying too
Aw, I'm so glad he got a family!!! I'm crying, happy tears!! I hope the dad really wants and loves him, he seemed like he was getting aggravated with him already!!!
I am so happy for this kid! He finely have a home! I am crying now because I am so happy for them! I hope when I grow older I am getting 18 this year I hope I can adopt a kid maybe 3 and they can finely have a home!
God bless Keyuan family.Amen.
"I'll cry in my heart" 😭♥️♥️
Wow! I am crying with joy that the story had such a good ending. It makes me happy to know there is still so much goodness in the world.
This is such a moving story! I fell in love with Keyuan and his adoptive parents and all of the beautiful people who cared for him since he was brought to the orphanage!
This is so beautiful!! I’m so glad they adopted him. I wish him nothing but the best for his new life.
I’m so happy that he found a family that loves him this much . And the people that took care of him are such sweethearts. He seems very kind hearted. Good luck to them
i just started bawling when he said “mama” 😭❤️
I’m so happy he got adopted. I cried when I watched his documentary. I wanted to adopt him but I’m only 16😢😢😩
I am so happy he finally found a family who loves him! Can't wait to watch the next episode!
Bless this family.
Oh my soul! This boy ❤️❤️ And what a beautiful caregiver!!! How could anyone give up these beautiful children?
OMG... I'm very happy for Keyuan, congratulation all.... bless you.
The human connection just making tears roll down my eyes! I feel so happy today even though this adoption has happened in the past. God bless the new family!
I am very glad he got a family and that he got to fly on a plane. My thoughts are still with the rest of the children at the orphanage I truly hope they will all get good, caring and loving families that will take them home. I wish I were in better situation money wise to be able to adopt but alas I am not.
I'm so happy for him and the caretaker is so nice, they are all so nice to him😢 God bless them all 💕💖💕
Glad that he got adopted! Love him! Thank god!
Who can hate people like that? They are blessed with love 😍
He'll probably end up speaking Singlish
singlish is just street talk. singaporeans write and talk in proper english when it comes to exams. their command of english matches that of england, no joke.
What’s singlish
His adoptive parents speak very good english, I am sure they will set a good example to him. Dont be so negative le.

God bless him and his family. ❤️❤️❤️
I am sure keyuan will like Singapore.
It's gonna be a new environment but I sure he will do fine.
Proud to be a Singaporean to see him finally get adopted
So happy he found someone.
The mother who is adopting him reminds me so much of my grandma, and the kid reminds me of my dad when he was younger (and he also looks like my brother when he was younger.) I’m going to see my grandparents tomorrow for the first time after quarantine and the resemblance is uncanny.
Thank God for people like you😘😘😘😘
And I could cry tears of joy for him
I am tearful while watching this..god protect everyone and dont give further sadness to him....
I am so sorry for these children being born into this judgemental world. I have an older sister which is deaf. We treated her equally. Everyday we tell her she is special. Nothing is wrong. Disable children are a gift. Everyone should realize that. They belong in heaven.
The way he said mama 💕
God bless the family, he gonna be the best person
amazing story
Its so sad...for abandoned smal babies...cant imagined how his own parents dare to do that...hope there will b a bright future such a cute n brilliant boy..as key yuan...

I heard about this story and felt so bad for that sweet kid. I was wondering what happened to him so happy that he is finally adopted and found a loving home. Good things truly come to those who wait. I am so touched!!! This little angel deserves the best!!! His new parents are soooo sweet!!! Hope he keeps in touch with the lady that took care of him at the orphanage and the kids. It is so hard to say goodbye!😭😢
