I nearly wanted to cry, because i wouldnt now how to tell her she is not from my belly. And she will be returned to her parents one day, i would worry of how to help her cope with the change in environment and emotions, when all along, we are the only true parents she know of. So heart breaking for these kids. God bless these children.
