You don't need to paraphrase everything but you can use other words if they are used appropriately. I'm not sure what you mean.... This is for Task 2 so you should focus on fully answering the question. Making sure you cover the key features is for Task 1.

I would not advice my students, who are looking for high band score, for survey to write, so don't write but you can give example to prove your statement.. always highlight universal example rather than your own county...
