I searched through to know what I did wrong, then stumbled on your videos where you analysed a band 6 essay to a band 9, and I realized my mistakes : giving a personalized examples, paraphrasing and the myth of not repeating words.

@@MiraMohmed believe you can do it and give it your best shot. On speaking, speak freely and fluently as you would respond to your friend if asked questions, make use of vocabularies you are sure of their usage and do not sound mechanical.
As regards writing:
* Understand each question types and format of answering each.
*Do not stuff your essay with too many ideas, explain each idea in detail without leaving the examiner guessing, make use of large sample size example - do not give individualized example, do not use statistics, exercise a form of authority - and understand the different types of sentence structure .
* Your introduction must agree with your conclusion. Meaning your conclusion is your paraphrased introduction.

Hello everyone. I attended my IELTS exam on December 3rd of this year. For the benefit of whoever, I'll give all the things which came on my exam here and yes, I have practiced everything with this channel so I owe a significant appreciation to Chris! Love you man.
IELTS SPEAKING:
Part 1: questions about geography, map, countries and hobbies.
Part 2: Talk about a childhood friend you remember.
Part 3: Importance of friendship, how hard it is these days to keep a friendship, teenage friendship opinion, is it good to have a lot of friends or a few genuine friends, bad company of friends.
IELTS lISTENING:
It was quite easy and in part 2 there was a flowchart.
IELTS READING:
Passage 1 & passage 3 was easy but passage 2 was hard because it contained a lot of information, years and hard words.
IELTS WRITING:
The summary was a comparison of two bar graphs and the essay was " some people want to invest money on public transportation like buses and trams rather than spending money on roads, to what content do you agree or disagree"
So, I texted all the things I remembered. I hope this will be a great help to everyone. Pray for me so that I get my desired score. My result is on December 16. I will update my result here.

Hello!! I would just like to say thank youuuu. IELTS advantage and other channels helped me so much prepare for my test. I had 2 weeks to prepare but I’ll be honest I started really studying 3 days before my actual test lol! And by far I would have to say that Chris was the best at explaining the writing task. I was definitely the most nervous for writing but I got the score I needed :)). Overall I got 8 with S8.5, W7, R8 and L9. Keep the spirits up!! And thanks again ❤

Got my desired bands in second attempt.
That online webinar on IELTS writing task 2 was superb. My test was on 26 November and so I had very little time but thank you for that webinar.

Hey Chris! Thank you so so much. Because of you, I was able to get 6.5 in writing and overall it's 7, even though I was sceptical about my level of English proficiency. People around me, who had their education in English medium, I always felt like lacking the confidence while writing, speaking or even reading out loud in English. I wasn't able to join your course membership as I couldn't afford it, but I followed all your free material provided, wrote according to that in my exam and I'm happy about the result I got. (p.s.- I prepared for this exam in a week)

@@grey-op2pc hey! It was my first attempt. I have 6.5 in speaking and writing, 6 in reading (ik it's pretty low😅) and 8 in listening. Overall it's 7
@@ghostunderyourbed1045 no you did your best !! I am happy for you. I am planning to appear in exam in coming January and I don't have any confidence on speaking part. I am afraid that what if I can't speak in the real exam.
@@grey-op2pc I actually didn't perform well in speaking. In the second section, where we have to talk for straight 2 minutes, I was able talk about a minute or half. My examiner was nodding head, indicating to talk more. Later, I started speaking irrelevant of the topic😂😂 but I had already covered all the questions given on the card. Also the topic was little hard. I had to describe a thing which I liked the most, where did I see it, how was it. It was pretty hard to recall anything at the moment but still managed. Try to talk with ease, don't take too much stress, infact, talk with them like how you talk to your friend. Don't have to use advanced vocabulary.
