- Exercise Of The Week: We’re continuing w/our alphabet themed week of exercises. Yesterday we did a standing leg lift & today we’re doing an arm lift version. You can be sitting or standing. If you’re sitting sit tall, no slouching. If you’re standing don’t lock your knees, stick your butt back just a little & keep your bellybutton pulled back towards you’d spine. You can do this without weights or start w/3-5lbs. Extend your arm straight, don’t lock your elbow. Then trace the capital letters of the alphabet. Repeat on other arm.
