    Due to ADHD brain struggle I haven’t done more than walk my dog in months. This felt great and not overwhelming. I love the visual timer!

    Very good exercise, nice to do this with you :-) A bit difficult, as I am not in any training and have had surgery on both shoulders. I was able to do almost everything though and made it through three routines, and like the person who posted before me, I like having a visual countdown of the time spent on each exercise

For optimal results, aim to work on your arms 2-3 times per week, allowing at least one day of rest in between sessions to allow your muscles to recover and grow.       I always recommend talking to your doctor or PT before trying any new exercise! If the exercises are causing discomfort, it's important to prioritize your well-being. Consider modifying or skipping those that cause shoulder pain. 😊👍
