Tip 4 is the most important. Three years ago, I was so desperate to get result that I push my body. I ended up getting seriously injured. So do NOT do any pose that make you go "ugh.." In yoga, slight pressure is fine, pain is NOT.
The last one is really important few years back when I started doing yoga I wanted fast results so was really pushing my body and then my urethra muscle was kind of injured and my urine started leaking I really regretted doing that and it did not heal for a long time 🥺
Today i decided to try yoga as the daily practice, randomly searched on UA-cam and saw your series. It's such a motivational and lovely series, thank you so much and looking forward to the next episode ❤

use aloe Vera, I too suffered for 2 months but then i used natural aloe Vera from my plant and apply for 3 to 4 hrs and do it twice a week within 2 weeks , dandruff be like ab m chalta hu

2nd point u mentioned is incorrect, one must keep ones legs as much straight as possible during the standing asana , though pushing oneself too much is not desirable,
The satvic yoga mandala teaches to focus on the third eye at the end of the practice. I've started doing this from d last 3 days. But I'm seeing bad dreams at night. Should I stop the third eye practice?

Mam yoga se pehle mrng milk tea le sakte hai..empty stomach..yoga krna taugh lagta hai..body bhi nai jagti..mrng bhuk lgti hai..fir tea n yoga mein gap kitna rakhe
I experience pain doing yoga in morning while evening same yoga doesn't hurt much but I tend to lose consistency doing evening.. any help u can advise....

Mistake 5 - better listen and follow the masters... Fruit attached to branch is way more nutritious than one sold by a trader.

She said, slightly bent not completely, so as to not pressurize the joints, in the long run leading to injuries or weakness.
