Lots of people like to not wash their hair but I actually have found that for me washing it at least every other day makes it so much better, because of scalp care.

Have some grace on your self. I learned many bible stories by reading the children's Bible and teaching children's ministry as well... also when reading the Bible, try a life application study Bible. They offer study notes and notes that allow you to see it and be able to apply it... also don't feel like you have to read a big chunk. Read a verse or 2 and pray on it. You can read the entire Bible 100 times and 100 times you'll see something new. God bless 🫶🏼🙏
For reading a bible o have ADHD and for some reason I feel like the devil always wants me to not focus on the word try getting a book plan like it gives you like the book but it is so much easier to like consume one a page a day vibes

I used to LOVE native deodorant but my body got used to it and I started to smell weird after a while :((( idk my body is weird 😂
