I loved this type of on the go soft spoken video!! Would totally love for more content like this! Also as a fellow vegan I would love to know what brought you to decide to go vegan and what it's been like for you, maybe in a storytime type video? My biggest piece of advice would be to make sure that you are tracking your protein levels to make sure you aren't depleting yourself, especially since I know you love to work out. If I didnt track my protein at the beginning, I found that I never got enough, and I started losing muscle mass. And also make sure you get on a Vitamin K2 supplement because other than Japanese natto, which I find VERY hard to eat, it isn't present naturally in the vegan diet! There's different forms of vitamin K, and the K2 one specifically isn't in plants. Took me a few weeks to figure that out when I switched. Thanks again for being such a great creator!!! Love your videos ❤
