I need help. I have 2018 Ford Taurus. I have 4 cam sensors. I replaced with OEM new ones. I even put a new crankshaft sensor in. The cam sensors read when the engine is cold but after engine is warm they all stop reading. I can tell by the live data on my scan tool.

This car has me stumped. At the connection to camshaft sensor I'm getting 4.9v left side right side I get 11.9v. I was told both should be around 5v so why do I get 11.9v?
Hi my friend. What fault code is exactly set on your car? And by right and left, do you mean intake and exhaust or you are referring to the front and rear side of engine?
As I see in the wiring diagram, both intake and exhaust camshafts are getting the power from engine fuse box (Fuse F33 10 A) , so there must be 12 V on both, on pin number 1 (must be red wire if it's the same on your car too)
Hi there, you have timing code. It could be related to the wiring on crank/cam sensors, or it could be VVT solenoid on intake camshaft. Removing and cleaning the solenoid might be helpful.

Normally we don’t check the Hall-effect sensors for resistance as I haven’t seen the specifications or any recommendations in the workshop manuals to do so. Although I have seen many guys made videos in UA-cam for checking these sensors by measuring the resistance, there is no specifications to check the measurements with, and when there is no spec., how can we say this measurement is good or not? However for inductive sensor we do have the internal resistance check and we do have the spec. as well.
I have an issue it's been throwing at crew for almost four years now on my Chevy Aveo and the car is still running perfectly it's x-rayed up on their number one crying like a kitten but I can't pass the mission cuz it's throwing a code that is so crazy I erase it picked over a fight baby I got to change the oil already did that once and it came back but I might have to try it again

I have scanned using obd2, then the error code appears. But there is no problem with my car, such as difficulty starting the engine. Is it okay if I delete the error code?
Yes, That should be fine. Most of the time, fault is intermittent and it happens just because of a poor connection or just an electrical noise. Erase the code and keep driving and keep an eye on the engine light. If it comes back, check the sensor connector.

I have a 2013 Kia optima 2.0 turbo where can i find the wire diagram for my car?
Take a look at our online store, we have that diagram and it’s free.
P0365 and P0340 . Left and right meaning at the connector there is 3 prongs
As I see in the wiring diagram, both intake and exhaust camshafts are getting the power from engine fuse box (Fuse F33 10 A) , so there must be 12 V on both, on pin number 1 (must be red wire if it's the same on your car too)
Please my camry 015 is showing check engine and it will go off again which we diagnosed and it showing p0340 and p0335 what can i do about it

Hi there, you did this when CMP connector was disconnected?
@@AutomotiveDiagnosis yes, the cmp not connect
@@ridwansatria3671 That’s normal, when connector is not connected that voltage change will not happen.
@@AutomotiveDiagnosis omg, so i think my cmp is broken . Thank u for sharing
