I also struggled looking for this product because i don't know what it is but i bet you can find it by using those key words. I hope you have a great day! Cheers!

They call it "Colored Paper". But if you want to search for it, try the keywords "colored paper for engraving". I placed a link in the description in case you are in the same country as me. Please like and subscribe if it helped you. Thank you!!!
Yes. 1. The laser focus may not be properly configured. Adjust it to the smallest point while the material is underneath. Use the black paper for more accurate adjustment. 2. The "power" and "speed" setting is not good. I recommend 100% power and 50 to 80% speed.
Without it, the laser beam would simply pass through the glass, making engraving impossible. The purpose of the black-colored paper, often referred to as laser marking paper, is to absorb the laser light. This allows the laser to effectively engrave the surface beneath it. Laser marking paper is designed to create a high-contrast mark on various materials, including glass, metal, and plastic. When the laser interacts with the paper, it generates heat that etches or engraves the underlying surface. This paper is particularly useful for creating detailed designs and logos, ensuring precision and clarity in the final result. Additionally, it can help protect the surface from potential damage during the engraving process.
No, not really. I do understand why it did not engraved properly. It is my fault because I made the design too big for the curvature of the glass. If your glass is bigger, you can try engraving bigger designs.
