It has been used for a long time( as early as 1500 BC in the Himalayan regions, so it’s been used in Ayurvedic cooking for a long time). Mung beans are high in magnesium, iron, zinc, and potassium, immune booster, low calorie, and easy to digest or even use for detoxing our body. They’re also a great source of potassium.
