I just bought the game 3 days ago ... is really worth it. The animation is very nice looking, very easy to understand, alot of things to do and make. I personally recomend the game for anyone any age. Is a game for all the family! Have fun =]
Wow, this looks like it will improve the game a lot! Spore was great, but didn't quite live up to expectations. This expansion looks more like maybe Spore's missing half, something that would complete it. I'll definitely be picking this one up!
Only certain missions do that. But when you get those missions normally you can choose or they're locked. In the space stage you get to choose your crew when a mission like that pops up.
An altered version of Captain Sunny appears in the trailer many times if anyone didn't notice. Along with what looks like Bantuii with lightning strikers.
I lol'd when I heard that narrator. I also may start playing this again, but am likely to be waiting for a torrent of this, as this should have already been in the game, in my opinion.
@ionel71089 It's sorta both. It's an expansion for Spore, as it requires Spore to install it and also play it, but it adds a whole new game to it. You can go down to planets in yourself in space stage.
For the people who is interested in the game... You need [Spore and Spore Galactic Aventures (Expansion)]. and if you want the Addon Spore Creepy & Cute... Adds 60 New body parts, 48 New paint options and 24 New Animations.
well... it really depends on what sort of adventure u create.. a strategic game, like take out several troops w/o raising alarm, or an rpg - where u collect forces for like a final big battle at the end
"horrific enemies never addressed in field manuals" "and not get nauseous" "shrapnel index that day" I found it to be pretty funny. Besides, everything deserves a little epic seriousness. Sometimes seriousness MAKES it funny. Either way. I don't think it's awful. I think it was really a cool, funny ad. 160 remaining character count!
looks like allot of peoples aliens are going to end up looking like transformers, in the interest of over powering your charecter. Anyways looks great and im hooked
What we are all wanting to know is: 1) Will this game fix the core game's problem of having no multiple save-states? Because that was a big issue. 2) Considering that vehicles play a seemingly larger role, are their stats more accurate to their design?
Supposedly spore galactic adventures was supposed to be realeased on like march 25 or something but while the employees were still testing it, they found a big error in the game and had to hold off releasing the game, even though only half of them were perfect.I was so mad when i found that out though, I nearly had a heart attack. LOL not, but seriously i was really mad.O well i'll have to order it from them. Really cool video though. I like the announcer dude speaking during the scenes, funny.

Fawful, I have a Python script that fixes that multiple save state issue. It's amazing that I WHO HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE GAME CODE was able to write the script in under an hour. EA needs to shape up.
Qwerty, I'm not crying because I have to "pay for a well worth addon." I'm complaining because of the bait-and-switch that EA pulled with Spore the first time. They promised an epic version of Sim City, and instead came up with a slightly advanced 3D model editor. I severely doubt the Galactic Adventures expansion will live up to this trailer.

I had the same problem, I contacted the Spore forum's for help and I reinstalled my NVIDIA graphics card which helped.

EA had to delay Galactic Adventure it was said to be realsed in March now in June 23
