    I love the 80's vibe! Can we get a hair tutorial tho? I love your curls!

      Thank you!! Tutorial is as follows: wash 1x/week, apply curl cream. The end. Ha ha ha. No seriously, I don't do anything. I don't own a blowdryer or color my hair. I sleep on satin pillowcases and take collagen powder. I don't use anything with alcohol or silicone and I don't own a brush. Yikes...I don't even know if that's helpful...

    Hi Jill, I remember emailing you 3+ years ago when I was going through HA and scared out of my mind. I am now about to start a masters in nutrition and in the process of applying to med school. Really hope I can help educate the medical establishment on all of this someday!

    Can you do a video on scary symptoms of overtraining? Have you ever heard of someone having to be hospitalized from overtraining? What can you do to get better quickly?

    • @jillcolangelopsych

      I actually have a video literally called "Scary Symptoms of Overtraining". You can find it here ua-cam.com/video/IxxoG_O6gY4/v-deo.html To get better quickly, we would stop training. The body needs rest and good nutrition. There is no way around it.

    Hi. I have been struggling with overtraining and undereating. I have weird pains and sensations in my legs and my ankles and knees crack and often get dizzy, or vision impairment, and even feel sick to my stomach. I am under a lot of stress with school and work and wondering if these are the culmination of stress and overtraining? I want to reduce exercise, but feel my already undereating will take a toll. Can you give some words of wisdom or experience? I have never had a natural period in my life and nearly 40.

      In the past, whenever I have done vlog-style videos, they get zero views, haha...I don't think that people who watch this channel are interested in my life. (PS: I don't think I know what a "husband tag" is...)

    • @susanzumback7711
      @susanzumback7711 4 роки тому +1

      Oh I’ll bet if you ask your gang to comment on a home tour they’d love it!A husband tag is a vid w the hubs,usually telling the story of how you met and answering some questions❤️Fingers crossed!

      I love that you asked this, but I am pretty sure that both of these things are 100% out of the question :) I might do a tour of the gardens though!! I'd be happy to show off my plants and veggie/herb gardens. I can promise you that you'd be the only one watching!!!
