Hello from Singapore. Thank you very much for helping me understand my practice is evolving, not weakening. I'm 63 years old and on my mat tomorrow onwards I will embrace stepping back and stepping forward and doing what my body wants and needs.
Hi from Italy. I am 64 years old and I still practice asanas. I believe that all branches of yoga should be cultivated. None is more important than another. Man is a whole, and so is yoga. Bye and thank you."
Hi David Thank you very much for that talk, in a way it reminded me of one master Iyengar interview, which the link is below, perhaps he don´t approach directly the subject of aging, but he made us know his perception, knowledge, about the practice of asanas and the transformation that comes with it, "from beating to beauty". I started Yoga at forty years old and Ashtanga at 44, now I am 46, and I can tell that I never had the straightness, the strength, and secondary, the health, that I have it now. Hope to join you someday in one of your classes, in person or zoomed. Namaste. Luiz. ua-cam.com/video/QOBdVK9_UO4/v-deo.html
