    Gial Shirani I’ve been so
    Intimidated to make creole bun but you explain it in such a simple way I will try to this week. I don’t have enough butter so I need to run to the store but I will definitely make it. As I was watching I got so relaxed and sleepy. Love your calming voice and the nice lee music gial. You’re THE BEST BELIZEAN CHEF UA-camR OUT THERE. Love you hon. 🇧🇿♥️🙏🏼

    I have made plenty of buns before but never off a recipe I decided to look one up and I tried your recipe with the only exception of sieving my flour. But I wanted to say thank you for this lifetime recipe. They came out soft, spongy, and extremely tasteful.

    Well shirani, I made these buns today and I’m so proud of how they turned out, thank you for sharing your recipes, I made some small changes as I didn’t have the vanilla I used pineapple flavouring instead and less sugar, I used stevia to help sweetened as I’m diabetic and can’t have too much sugar, oh I also made them curly instead of smooth, hope you don’t mind, just ate one with cheese and a chai tea it was so soft and yummy 😋

    Greetings Shirani! I’m so happy that I found your channel. My beloved mother used to make Easter bun for us every year and we haven’t had it since her passing eight years ago. None of us learned how to make it and we’ve always longed to have it. I’m going to try your recipe out tomorrow and if I’m successful I will be sending bun to each one my brothers so that they can enjoy and remember my mother. Thank you so much. I’ll let you know how they come out. Oh, I don’t have a kneading bowl, what can I use instead?

      Hi Catherine! Aww, I'm so glad you found my channel. I know how that is when your family don't leave you with any recipes. If you don't have a kneading bowl you can just use a big basin to mix everything and then transfer it to your counter to knead it. Good luck with your bun. Hope you and your family enjoy 😚❤

    Great job.and thanks for tearing into it.its great that you quantify it with measurements ,which means you dont have to mess it up n then try to fix it and you have a more reliable recipe that wont be bricks at times.my mom n sister do it but they never use measurements and i am a measurement guy because of the reliability of them coming out constant and not having to guess and fix things.mom does great buns most of the times and they used to be a weekly thing but its just too much work n so mom does them on certain occasions n when she gets tired of everythingelse.

    • @CookingwithShirani
      @CookingwithShirani  3 роки тому

      Thank you! Yes, having measurements is always a good thing. You know whatever you are making will come out good. I know most Belizeans don't use measurements for anything but have to pray it comes out good 😃

    If u knew what was in margarine u would buy butter. Margine is nothing but chemicals and flavorings mixed together. Butter is made from the cow.
