When visiting my family in St. Lucia, I remember they had a outdoor brick oven they baked the bread in. St. Lucian bread is the best, especially after it just comes out the oven. I remember baking with my grandmom...RIP
My parents was from Dominica 🇩🇲 I love this typical back home way of baking, thanks for this, I shared your video with my daughter, she is in her early 30's, born in England buy her heart is St Lucian 🇱🇨 she will love this

Very good video. I appreciate the time you share with us on your style of bread. I think you should invest in a few baking tools, a scale, tablespoons and measuring cup to give a correct amount. The spoon that was used for the yeast is 1/2 of a tbsp so that means you put 1 tbsp in the flour and not two teaspoons. Just a suggestion. I always check if it is possible. ❤
Nah, he needs to change nothing about this. He is a professional, and no one in my family uses any of the things you mentioned, ma'am. The ancestors and experience are all you need.
