Belizean Creole Buns Made Easy

- Belizean Creole Bun is a lightly sweet and spicy bread whose main ingredient is coconut milk. Many Belizeans put different spices in this bread, but I opt for only cinnamon for my spice and vanilla for my flavor. I've found that when I keep it simple, the bread is more appealing to many cultures. When I add to many spices like nutmeg etc, they over power the bread.
As a child growing up in Belize, this bread was made for only special occasions because of all the extra ingredient that is uses. There is also a Belizean creole bread which uses less ingredients and is less sweet.

I used gloves because I dont like the way the dough feels on my hand before it really forms.

I Have Been eating bun all my life but never had it with white sugar as base she used a little of white and heavy brown she used i cant wait to watch when you put up the brown sugar one because i dont know the recipe

I personally love the lighter bun, but my dad likes the heavier one, so I wanted to do it for him and I just wanted to know if it’s different that the old bun video you have on here already?
