Early morning exercising helps balance out cortisol and endorphin levels. Especially since you doing it in nature, I totally understand hang in there hun so am I.

I don’t know why I got all emotional when you were seeing the doctor but I know you must have had it hard growing up with the burns and scars. Also when you said it was hot oil that burned you, I shook a little inside. That can be traumatic. The doctor’s voice is so soothing. I can feel he has a calm and sincere spirit.

Yea I mentioned micro needling to you yearssss ago because it has helped me so much with acne scars. I’m so happy you found this information on your own. You already look beautiful and the treatment works because it’s your own skin working with you in the process. It’s gonna be real expensive but definitely worth it! Congratulations on your new car too how fun!

I’m 50 yrs of age 5-2 and 150 lbs. I don’t look overweight but I feel it in my body and my self esteem goes down . People tell me that I am paranoid to try to lose weight . But if you don’t feel right within your body your mind fails to co operate. Thanks for the motivation. Love you girl you inspire me each time I get the chance to watch your video.

This was really interesting shalom! I'm a makeup artist that has done bridal work for about 8 years but I have never worked on skin like yours. I want to make sure that I can make anyone leave feeling and looking their best so I hope to find people to practice on so I can master that. Thanks for sharing your experience :)

sorry to hear about your past experience for shoot campigns. Thaats heart breaking, but im proud of you for knowing NOW what YOU require moving forward at shoots. speak your voice while helping them understand. Teach them how you do it or they should let you do it. Its defintely something easy for them to undertsnad once explained with back story.

Watching you go through that consultation made me so emotional because we really watch you come on here and motivate us and show us new things and you exude so much confidence but we literally have no idea what you go through behind closed doors and I’m just so glad that you’re open enough to take us along on your journey because someone else may have just gone ahead and done it without showing or telling us which they of course have a right to.

Good luck! Microneedling isnt as scary as it sounds, its not like a surgery or anything serjohs. Its tiny tiny needles puncturing ur skin to create collagen which heals wounds. The prp is just getting blood drawn and them taking the most healing properties out of it to inject back in! Its really simple and can give great results. I am not am expert or anything. Its just something i learned from another influencer using it for their burn scars :)

I've had it done and I saw a difference after one treatment. Also, definitely wear your sunscreen. my aunt has the same scars as you and the dermatologist says it's imperative.

Hello just a suggestion to: Research Derma Roller on Amazon it’s similar to the procedure the doctor was explaining. It also is affordable and you can use it daily with minimal pain. I use mines for facials and it works wonders to stimulate the collagen and I follow up with aloe Vera and vitamin e oil. Blessings to you🙏🏾💪🏽

I enjoyed your video. Have you considered talking to the makeup artist before they start? They may also feel insecure and afraid to say something to you about your skin. You are already brave..I can see that from your videos. Don’t think of it of as being difficult but more of communicating honestly. You might even laugh together about it. What is for you, you will have. Don’t dim your voice(light).

Mama mü would say try african shea butter. She has a customer whose burns improved after a year of use. Also during and after pregnancy or weight loss: you don't get tiger stripes if your skin is moisturized.

silicone scar sheets help flatten hypertrophic scars (raised scars) you can buy this on amazon, as well as micro-needling, I think this would work well for you as it did for my minor burn. Good luck!
