I've been working with the company for 12 years. I can't say enough nice things about the place. I get to do what I love and get paid for it. My job is to make people happy and deliver them memorable service. I have the best job ever! God bless The Cheesecake Factory ❤️
Yup! I definitely know that restaurant too well. I use to bring my date there many times. Great place and great location. I'm sure you got a lot of UCLA students, didn't you?
Now, Brentwood has since been closed. There's TCF at Santa Monica place, Beverly Hills, Miracle Mile/Fairfax Area (The Grove at Farmers Market near 3rd st and Fairfax ave, and Marina del Rey.
Humble didn’t get the business anywhere, ambition did, the owner literally went restaurant to restaurant to sell the cheesecake and was determined. Humble doesn’t make a successful business, ambition does
I don’t really like chain restaurants so I’ve only eaten a meal here twice in my life and it wasn’t very good. With that being said, I’ll get dow on the cheesecake any day of the week.
Their chicken piccata is the best I ever had. I love most all their food. I’ve never been disappointed in anything that I’ve ordered through the many years I’ve eaten there. I just hope they don’t sell the business to some big corporation, like Maggiano’s, Macaroni Grill and Carrabas did.
I still have my mother's cookbooks from the 60's. Some of the recipes can't be beat and get compliments all the time. Others make you go 'WTF!?' I don't even want to know what it smells like, much less make it. Lol
Mile high meatloaf and Carrot cake and low carb cheesecakes...........😋 Covid-19 caused a reduction of the menu. Grand Luxe Cafe is good as well. One of my favorite restaurants.
Not really! I never got to eat there before the COVID Pandemic and, I’ve gotten to eat there twice now, that’s twice during a pandemic and, the menu was still quite extensive.
Personal favorites are the Godiva cheesecake, the carrot cake, Kahlua (discontinued) and their avocado rolls. The one in Sherman Oaks is a nice location 'cause you can go watch a movie after having an early dinner.
This why the Cheesecake Factory 🏭 is my all time favorite 🤩 I actually have a gift card too Cheesecake Factory love it we have 3 Resturant’s here in Philadelphia pa
I’ve been to CF about every 2 years since about 00’ or 01’.It’s always a special treat. Don’t miss the Tiramisu. Lots of Marscapone & the layer balance ratio are perfect w extra marscapone and it is such a luxurious version. It’s huge. Plenty for 2.
The fact that I went here last night and it took them 3 and a half hours to deliver 6 meals and the fact that the food was burnt is sad, they only gave my mom 2 free deserts which was crap and took off the bacon burger I ordered. The meal was $149.56
I ate at Cheese Cake Factory in Dubai Mall. Best meal & dessert of my life. Please ask the owner if he’d like to open one in Kenya. I guarantee it will take off and make lots of money 🇰🇪🇰🇪
This is my favorite restaurant. It has a lot of haters, but there's more for me. One of the things on my bucket list is to try all of their cheesecakes and every menu item. The new baked rigatoni and coconut cream cheesecake are my favorites now. I am an unsweetened iced tea person (I know), but the most underrated thing on the menu is their tropical iced tea. I have never had an iced tea that I like more.
I never really liked cheesecake growing up, it wasn't bad it just wasn't my taste. Went to publix and bought some, same thing I've had everytime but then went back to try the cheesecake factory one..... MIND.... BLOWN
Based on my experience, they are overpriced and overhyped. The cheesecake is good but I have found their food to be meh. To be fair, the last time I gave them a chance and ate there was almost 20 years ago, so maybe they have gotten better. I just don’t want to waste my time and money being disappointed again.
We get the same thing every time, herb crusted salmon and the steak Diane......as time has marched on the sizes have gotten smaller and the prices larger. The cheesecake is pretty good. My mother doesn't eat mushrooms....ever....but she turned around and fell in love with the steak Diane sauce....
They’ve definitely down-scaled the portion sizes of the cheesecake itself. 8 years ago on my honeymoon the cheesecake was big enough to share; now it’s just the average size of a regular small cheesecake slice. I get it, it’s a business. Why spend $8 for one piece to share when you can spend $16 for two. Oh and by share I mean eat half one night and the rest the following night. 😆
I must be the only person that has been and both times my food and service was terrible and the price is not worth the "hype" this restaurant seems to get. No thanks, I will go somewhere else.
I was at one the other day. Almost a 3-hour wait. The chicken potstickers weren't as good as I remembered. And I don't really care for their French bread panini beef sandwich
The quality went downhill in the late 90's. You would order and it was on your table in 5 minutes or less, I'm talking about the main course. I'm like " Wow, are you sure this is made to order?". The red velvet cheesecake is my fav and for a slice cost me $13.00. I now make my own. The last time I was at The Cheesecake Factory was in 2013, it's now 2021 and don't plan on going back anytime soon. I think Claim Jumper is way better.
I wish they would have sugar free cakes. I went to a local rest. and they made sugar free, it was really good and it didn't make my no. go through the roof. Sad, they closed up, that was the only place that made cheesecakes for diabetic person.
Worked there years ago as a bartender at the Fashion Island, Newport Beach, CA location. Made great money. Facts...the brown bread is LOADED with sugar. The over-priced cheesecakes are loaded with sugar. The menu is a book because it's packed with product advertisements. The kitchen and bathrooms were always filthy. The food is prepared, in bulk well in advance to being served. The over-worked, stressed out, but well compensated (cars, etc.), managers could care less about the guest experience.
The cheesecake is ok at best, it's not really that great. That absurd menu/advertisment book is too much. The food is usually pretty good, that bread though is AMAZING.
Funny, usually giant menus are a red flag, like the restaurant cares more about quantity than quality. However, the one time I ate at Cheesecake Factory, I really enjoyed it.
The large portions are now just fillers. The amount of chicken in the salads is only half of what it used to be. The rest is just lettuce at same price.
I didn’t realize that Chandler and Jennifer Aniston owned the Cheesecake Factory. That’s amazing . Good for them . Probably how Penny got her job here…
They just should not change the menu as often as they do you finally go there wait you're 3 hours to get in minimum and then you get in there and you want your favorite meal from them and it's gone that's why I just don't go there anymore the cheesecake isn't even that good anymore
I love CF. Only issue: a few years back they changed their recipe for Cubano/Cuban Sandwich. Instead of thinly sliced roasted pork loin, they started using chunky pulled pork. Destroyed the sandwich. Cannot order it anymore.

My OWN cheesecake is as good as the BEST New York Cheesecake in Manhattan, and BETTER than any at The Cheesecake Factory. If I weren't already past my mid-70s, I would seriously open a competitor.
My absolute favorite thing to eat at the cheesecake factory are the Thai chicken lettuce wraps. During lockdown I was ordering them to have it delivered at my house.
I've been working with the company for 12 years. I can't say enough nice things about the place. I get to do what I love and get paid for it. My job is to make people happy and deliver them memorable service. I have the best job ever! God bless The Cheesecake Factory ❤️

I'm glad I wasn't drinking anything when I read this LMFAO
I love that you love what you do ❤️
I don’t have a lot of nice things to say either management doesn’t care about you

I worked at Cheesecake Factory Brentwood, Ca
Best restaurant chain in the west. EASILY
Hope they survive all this....

I was one of those who started at the first Beverly Hills location in the 70s. Back before the Frankenstein menu. Loved it!
You must’ve worked with Russell? I started in Baltimore on the bar ‘96 🥂
Sir, you are literally walking history. I applaud you.
You should be famous, sir.
The more humble the owner the more successful the business.
Love their cheesecake. A bit expensive but its good
Humble didn’t get the business anywhere, ambition did, the owner literally went restaurant to restaurant to sell the cheesecake and was determined. Humble doesn’t make a successful business, ambition does
My son works for them and loves his job and the people.
a true karen
GOD BLESS THE PEOPLE THAT KEEP THIS RESTAURANT GOING!!! It is an awesome place!!
Well, the Cheesecake factory that I went to didn't get the memo about large portions but they did get the memo about large prices.
Same!
3:50 yeah, better know what type of cuisine you want first before looking at the menu. Or look up the menu online and decide what you beforehand.
Cold food on a hot plate....great times!
Their cheese cakes are the best didn’t have one in awhile but they are so good
Try making your own cheesecake some day. Home made is even better. No preservatives. And if you are not ready to eat it. Then freeze for a later date
I don’t really like chain restaurants so I’ve only eaten a meal here twice in my life and it wasn’t very good. With that being said, I’ll get dow on the cheesecake any day of the week.
I actually love the decor. Then again, I love Art Deco.
Always love going to cheesecake factory
Their chicken piccata is the best I ever had. I love most all their food. I’ve never been disappointed in anything that I’ve ordered through the many years I’ve eaten there. I just hope they don’t sell the business to some big corporation, like Maggiano’s, Macaroni Grill and Carrabas did.
I've been working at the cheesecake factory for 3 weeks now and honestly I love it.
You still work there?
the decor isn't horrible! its wonderful! Its opulence few can afford. Its like going to a billionaires home for dinner!!!!
One of the best cheesecake recipes Ive tried was from the Betty Crocker cook book
I still have my mother's cookbooks from the 60's. Some of the recipes can't be beat and get compliments all the time. Others make you go 'WTF!?' I don't even want to know what it smells like, much less make it. Lol
Their chocolate tower truffle cake is SUBLIME! And the crispy Brussels sprouts are excellent.
You have to try the tower cake with vanilla ice cream it’s amazing!
I love this restaurant even more now that I know this! This is a great restaurant. The Grilled shrimp and grilled chicken street tacos are Delicious!
their parmesan chicken sandwich is TO DIE FOR 😫😋😍😍 fire everytime 🔥
Mile high meatloaf and Carrot cake and low carb cheesecakes...........😋

Did cheesecake Factory sponsor this?
Right cuz the food sucks
Best Chocolate Shakes I've ever had in my life.....I always get one before I leave !
The cheesecake: Meh.
The food: Excellent.
The bread: OH MY GOODNESS!!! Just keep it coming until I pass out from Carb Poisoning.
Always loved The Cheesecake Factory in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton. I now live in Ecuador and would be grateful for one in Cotacachi or Quito.
The best upscale casual restaurant. Fair prices good portions nice locations and good service most of the time.
I’ve been to CF about every 2 years since about 00’ or 01’.It’s always a special treat. Don’t miss the Tiramisu. Lots of Marscapone & the layer balance ratio are perfect w extra marscapone and it is such a luxurious version. It’s huge. Plenty for 2.

please bring back the chicken alfredo with sun dried tomatoes!
I had a bad experience. Very small portion of coconut shrimp and rude service. I never went back
Need stores in arkansas, new Hampshire, and Mississippi
I worked for The Cheesecake Factory when it was just a bakery in North Hollywood
I never really liked cheesecake growing up, it wasn't bad it just wasn't my taste. Went to publix and bought some, same thing I've had everytime but then went back to try the cheesecake factory one..... MIND.... BLOWN
They forgot to mention the local advertising in their menus. They make great props for English and Business lessons.

It hasn’t. The food isn’t bad but it’s not great either.
It's not good at all
Omg, I'm on a diet, but I had to watch this till the end... Yelp, I'm so hungry!!!!! How do I stop my appetite!?

Eat something (not cheesecake)
Man, their food and cheesecake is so good....

The cheesecake is pretty good.
My mother doesn't eat mushrooms....ever....but she turned around and fell in love with the steak Diane sauce....

Great restaurant, great food, great drinks, great personable service - in a word: great!
Great atmosphere too!
I still want to go I love cheese cake that's my favorite dessert ♥️
I must be the only person that has been and both times my food and service was terrible and the price is not worth the "hype" this restaurant seems to get. No thanks, I will go somewhere else.
Yup. You're the only one.
The brown bread is all sugar.
We ate there last night. Everything was great😃😎 The restrooms were nasty though😞
I always choose this place to celebrate my birthday. I absolutely love the Cheesecake Factory.
What a great entrepreneurial story!!!
The avocado rolls are the best
Frozen, not fresh 😕

They have a great acting low carb cheesecake. When I go, I have a slice of it and a glass of wine as my meal.
I meant to type great tasting 😋
Got to love those avocado egg rolls...
The food menu is about 20 pages long! Way to much on the menu!
Yes some of the cheesecake is good! 😋
I’ve been there only 3 times but it was a great experience for sure.

If it is bad as u say then why the bigggg following, huh.
Ok I'm heading there now!!
I love Cheesecake Factory but there is only one in Canada which is in Toronto. So I usually go to the ones in Upstate New York.
Love Cheesecake Factory!
One of the only restaurants that I liked enough to eat at more then twice. I don’t like eating out.
If i don’t get anything else, I get the cheesecake. My favorite is the Oreo cheesecake. Yummy 😋!
Overrated prices don't match taste 😂
Yo they do be giving you good 😊 portions that’s what stuck out to me the most and the wasn’t that expensive
rip to the dishwasher at cheesecake factory from, a dishwater himself.
If I work there I'm not washing dishes. I want to be in the bakery department
Nice resturant always go when l m in NewYork
oh btw they did go public too. more wealth for America and its workers too.

It's My almost every Saturday Cheat day Destination !!
They we great in the beginning, not so much now
True.....the menu changes have been dramatic and a bit unsatisfactory.🤔

This place's food is a cut above.

Omg. Now I'm so hungry
